everything was perfect, however the gym facilities needs a renewal or lets say a buff. They are in good working condition but not meeting my expectation for such a hotel.

A decent & Cousy experienced stay , with a great location in the middle of the Kuwait City , very friendly helpful staff , nice roof top pool , variety of good quality food and restaurants , house guests got 25% discount out for the restaurants , special thanks for the front desk receptionist/ Chaimaa for making things more flexible and comfort for the stay services
