2-Star Hotels in Kutchan

Trip.com has always been my go to for travel bookings. Similarly this time to Niseko, decided to extend for an additional week and MyEcolodge came up in the search. I have to mention the checkin was seamless, but what I thought i booked, vastly differ from what was allocated for me. I thought what i booked was a room to myself however it turns out as a shared room. Its not a big deal but the feeling of misinterpretation leaves an awful taste. (Trip.com CS stepped in and helped to clarify things but theres nothing that could be done. peak season, and everywhere else is fully booked or without paying a premium) That said, the stay was good. MyEcolodge sits in a very convenient location just couple stops from Hirafu. Theres various buses including free shutters so thats really an ease off the mind) 7eleven, a small cafe, hotpot/shabushabu restaurant just sits across from you. The hostel also has their own cafeteria though ive never eaten there (food looks good though). They have a huge storage room for your gears, pretty safe so no worries. pantry, laundry room, washroom are pretty spacious and kept tidy. The room itself is fine, nothing to wow about. nothing to complain either. Towels are free and clean. Everything else you need to pay. Overall good stay. Pray hard you get nice room mates if youre sharing!

Very cost-effective apartment, good hygiene, and roommates are very civilized

It takes about 8 minutes to walk from JR Kutchan Station to the hotel. Very convenient! There are two supermarkets nearby and it only takes ten minutes to walk. There are restaurants and bars nearby. The environment is quiet and the place is clean.

This is the best backpacker hostel I have ever stayed in! It deserves to be rated as high as 9.3 on Booking and Agoda. The owner Roy-san speaks very good English, is super friendly, world-class service level, ceiling-to-ceiling facilities, details and well-organized arrangements. The girls' quadruple room is large enough and super cozy. When you arrive on the first day, Roy will pick you up at the station. The room is full of skiing friends from all over the world. The first floor can store boards, dry snow suits and pants, etc. Roy will also drive everyone to the ski resorts (Hirafu, Hanazono) at 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. I will definitely stay here next time I come to Niseko

The room is very small, self-service check-in and check-out, the hygiene is good, but it is too small. There is a Chinese restaurant opposite the hotel that tastes good, and the Maoxuewang tastes very good

Very really clean and comfortable hotel,location so close to Jr kutchan station,some restaurants just 5-10 minutes walk and big convenience store is about 250 meters.

The hotel staff is very good, and will promptly help guests solve various problems and provide local tourist information. Tourists from all over the world stay in this lodge during the ski season.
