After learning that we were on a trip to celebrate our engagement, the hotel was very kind in providing some extra snacks to liven up the mood. Staff were very fluent in English and able to clearly explain guidelines on the use of the hotel's onsen and give a succint and easy to understand introduction on the hotel directory and services available upon check in. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Excellent Hotel with great choices of food, services and amenities, also summer in Niseko is very relaxed and pleasant.

Very nice hotel but expensive given the overall experience. Toilet was cold and heating wasn't working too well.

It is a great hotel and the staffs are all so helpful and friendly. My 1st time staying here and totally love it. Breakfast are really great!! Hotel provide free private pickup & drop off service. It’s so convenient to shop & eating around as well. Rrecommend this hotel to anyone who plan to come and visit Niseko!

Love this hotel from the moment I stepped in, gorgeous ambience, great service at reception! Room is expensive for one person stay but worth every penny. Regardless how long your stay is, one room entitled to one time free usage of private onsen (after that is charged) for 45mins. There is free public onsen beside it. Yoga classes are available for sign up for fee. Ski shop Rhythm and Afuri ramen looks great but I didn’t get a chance to visit. Ski storage available but not practical esp for those who rent, as you need to carry the heavy equipment back and forth from ski base to hotel (10min up-downhill walk or take free shuttle). Apt style hotel is well equipped with fridge, microwave, sink, washing machine-dryer, dishwashing machine. Breakfast is great! Toilet and room is spacious and bed is good. I would return!!! Best recommended for families esp those with mix interest besides ski/snowboard. Near to street side restaurants, Lawson is across.

Clean and Modern with Good Onset however Limited Breakfast

Hokkaido in summer is still very fun. Although Niseko is quite remote, there are many fun activities, such as rafting, hot air balloons, cycling, and cable cars. You can have fun. In response to some of the problems that some people complained about the hotel before, 1. The room is not cleaned. In fact, Japanese hotels have implemented environmental protection for a long time. The front desk will notify you by email when you check in, including check-in. In fact, if you use it normally, you don’t need to clean it. Just pack the garbage well and the front desk will come to collect it. It feels better to be uninterrupted. 2. The towels are not changed. Our family of three checked in and used our own. The hotel bathroom is equipped with a drying rack, which will dry after hanging it for a while. It is very convenient. 3. Breakfast, no more after 9:30, which is understandable. Niseko in summer is the off-season, and there are not many tourists. In line with the principle of not wasting. Before, we stayed in Nagoya and basically stopped adding in the last 30 minutes. 4. Pick-up and drop-off, everyone must book in advance. When we went there, we were lucky and forgot to book. When we arrived at the JR station at night, it was dark and it was basically difficult to get a taxi. We walked a long way and tried our luck to get one. However, Ctrip customer service also helped us contact the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel, they had just arranged a car to pick us up and kept apologizing, hahaha. The hotel is very new, the room facilities are very complete, I especially like the washing machine, I wash clothes like crazy. The sofa bed can directly see the outside Mount Yotei. Really good, recommended

As a Ctrip Black Diamond customer, this is the first time I have given a negative review to a hotel. 1: Because I brought my parents with me, I booked two Anuri two-bedroom suites and specifically made a note that I needed a good view. As a result, the two suites we were given faced not Mt. Yotei, but the construction site behind the hotel! After coordinating with the hotel, it was said that because of the full room, only one of the rooms was changed to a room on the other side facing the street, which is not directly facing Mt. Yotei. So the Annuri Suite just doesn't have a view. 2: On the second day of our stay, when we went back to the room at night, no one came to clean it. After calling the front desk, we were told that this place promotes environmental protection and is cleaned every other day. However, there was no prior explanation on the Ctrip booking, nor on check-in. After the phone call, three bath towels were delivered. The dirty towels were not taken away. This kind of service is comparable to no service! 3: On the third morning after check-in, I took the elderly and children to the breakfast room for breakfast at 9:30. I was told that the breakfast time had been temporarily changed to 10 o'clock and closed at 9:30. We could not bring in the 5 packing boxes and were told that we could pack some leftovers. Take the breakfast food you ordered and take it back to your room to eat! What a long time to see you! Which hotel doesn’t have breakfast at 9:30! 4: The hotel does not have a taxi service. Please download the go taxi app yourself. This is very unfriendly to the elderly. On the way back, I talked to the Japanese driver, and even the driver said that they didn’t have bad service, but no service at all. I heard that the hotel management is Singaporean, but it doesn't matter. With so many hotels in Hokkaido, I advise you to choose another one!
