The hotel is large in the town of Hirafu. The front desk is very responsible. It is only a few minutes' walk uphill from the ski resort. The smoking room is very good, the bathhouse is also good, and it is next to the Genghis Khan BBQ House.

The hotel only provides pick-up and drop-off when checking in and out. However, there is a free shuttle station outside the door, which is still very convenient. The location feels very central, with restaurants concentrated on both sides and a supermarket across the road. The hotel waiters are all Australians and have no problem speaking English.

We just completed our stay at the M Hotel. It was absolutely wonderful! Excellent staff! The breakfast was a hearty one. Perfect before a day on the slopes. The location was incredible. Close walking distance to everything. The rooms are clean and set up efficiently. There’s a place for everything. They offer free lockers in the basement for storage of skis, boots, helmets etc. We will definitely be booking at this hotel when we return to Niseko.

We were a group of 7 skiers. The staff at the M Hotel in Niseko was incredible! Extremely helpful with everything. The location of the hotel can not be beat. Everything is within walking distance. The breakfast is a hearty one. Perfect before a day on the slopes. The rooms are small but designed very well for efficiency. There’s a place for everything. They offer lockers (free) in the basement for storage of skis, boots, helmets etc. I highly recommend this hotel and will book with them again on my return trip to Niseko!
