No frills hotel located in the heart of Kutchan from key restaurants and bars. If you are someone who is ok to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Hirafu or Niseko Village to save cash and focus on skiing, it’s a great option!

It's hard to book a house in Niseko. I finally booked this one, which is also very good. The location is convenient, not far from everywhere, and I can cook in the house. I went to a nearby supermarket to buy frozen dumplings for breakfast, so I can eat dumplings during the Chinese New Year.

Not bad, although small, but with private bathroom and TV
The only downside is that Ctrip did not send the confirmation code to the email, so I couldn't check in. I spent ten minutes researching, but luckily an employee came to see what was going on.

It takes about 8 minutes to walk from JR Kutchan Station to the hotel. Very convenient! There are two supermarkets nearby and it only takes ten minutes to walk. There are restaurants and bars nearby. The environment is quiet and the place is clean.
