If you are heading in and out of Kunming on a short trip this is excellent choice, close to airport, 30 minutes drive. There is a shopping mall and a beautiful flower garden with Chinese restaurants. I had my best hot pot with Yunnan rice noodles here. Hotel staff spoke very little English. Mr Leo was the savier who helped us in making our stay and dining comfortable.

A boast~ The word ”belief” written by the little student Li Yan at the door is a shot of chicken blood; the hotel has everything you need, hot springs, fresh flowers, milk, white fungus soup at night, and breakfast options are a lot of Japanese dishes. There are many in the yard. There is a place where you can knock on chess pieces and fall lights, and where you can copy the scriptures. The tea house can drink tea and eat flower cakes for free. I picked a piece of Iceland today (maybe because of the light of a star here). I don’t know how to do it. Drinking Pu'er, but you can also feel the fragrance of tea. I bought a few tea cakes and the boss gave a set of tea sets. There are also Pu'er and roses in the room that you can make yourself. In short, it is worth living~

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good but only chinese, just take note if you’re a fussy eater. The room was very clean but smelled like smoke. There were “no smoking” signs everywhere but even the hallway smelled like smoke. This s not conducive for a non smoker as it would not allow one to have a good night of sleep.
