Hotels in Railway Station Area, Kunming

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at this year. There's a night market right next door, but the double-glazed windows completely block out any noise when closed. The front desk even provided soundproof earplugs, though I didn't end up needing them. There's also a coffee shop on the ground floor, and we got a 'buy one get one free' deal upon check-in, which was a lovely bonus. My friend and I each enjoyed a cup. All the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!

The room's decor was pleasant, and all the amenities were brand new with no strange odors. The bathroom had a subtle, pleasant aroma, and the bed looked incredibly clean and hygienic. Our room was wonderfully quiet at night, and being on a high floor, the view was fantastic. The only minor drawback was that the windows, likely due to the high floor, seemed a bit difficult to clean, as there were some water marks. Apart from that, everything else was perfect. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and provided excellent service. They kindly provided the WiFi password and the local delivery address. In the morning, we used the provided address to order some local 'Posubao' for breakfast delivery, and it was absolutely delicious! Definitely five stars! 👍

We stayed in that area based on our travel agency's recommendation. The best thing about this place was how incredibly clean it was – absolutely no bugs! It's super close to the train station, so you don't need a taxi, and just a few minutes' walk from our meeting point. The front desk staff were really good too. My only major gripe is that I completely missed that the 'Deluxe King Room' had no window, which was a bit of a letdown. And unfortunately, they couldn't upgrade my room for various reasons! But honestly, the super convenient location, excellent cleanliness, and good service really make up for it, so I'm willing to overlook the other downsides for now.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to both the train station and high-speed rail station, offering easy access to dining, shopping, and public transport. This makes it ideal for business trips or a convenient stopover. The front desk staff were friendly, handled check-in efficiently, and provided attentive, thoughtful service, even accommodating personalized requests. The rooms were spotlessly clean, featuring comfortable beds and all essential amenities. They were also spacious and bright, with plenty of natural light.

I've stayed here twice, trying different room types, and found both to be quite good. The front desk service was excellent. It's a solid choice for business trips. You can see the entrance to Kunming Railway Station directly from the hotel, and there are plenty of dining options downstairs, making it very convenient for both food and lodging.

This hotel in Kunming is absolutely fantastic! The rooms are spotless, the staff are warm and attentive, and the breakfast spread is wonderfully diverse. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Kunming! The moment I opened the door, I was so relieved to see how clean and tidy the room was. Every single staff member greeted me with a smile, and the buffet breakfast offered a satisfying mix of Western and Chinese options. I've already told the front desk I want the same room next time!

The room was even larger than I expected, well-arranged, and had excellent natural light. The bed was extremely comfortable, with a mattress that was just the right firmness, and a thoughtful selection of pillows, ensuring I slept soundly. All the in-room facilities were comprehensive; the air conditioning, TV, and hot water worked perfectly, and the internet speed was fast enough for my remote work needs. What surprised me most was the hotel's breakfast, which offered a rich variety of dishes, including both Chinese cuisine and Western pastries, all exquisitely prepared and delicious. The hotel gym was also great, well-equipped, allowing me to maintain my workout routine even while traveling. Furthermore, the hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation nearby, making it easy to get to both attractions and restaurants. My stay here was fantastic, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time!

The hotel is newly renovated, very clean and tidy, with simple and generous decoration and comfortable bedding. It is a 10-minute walk from the train station, with convenient transportation and reasonable price. It is a good choice for business trips to Kunming! The photos of the hotel interior are no different from the photos on the Internet, so I didn't take any special photos. After leaving the hotel, I felt it was worth a good review! ! Attached is the charming sky of Kunming! Next time I go to Kunming, I will use Fanhua again!

The hotel room was incredibly spacious, featuring a split-level design. The downstairs area was perfect for relaxing or enjoying tea, while the upstairs provided a comfortable space for rest. The front desk staff were very warm and welcoming. An added convenience was the hotel's self-service laundry room. In the evenings, the surrounding area boasted plenty of BBQ stalls, ideal for a late-night snack, and there were also numerous food delivery options available. Being on a high floor, the views were expansive and impressive. Overall, I was extremely satisfied.

Is our first time and Kunming and we will be staying for a night before heading out to Dali. booked this hotel which is walking distance to the Kunming station. location is prime to access to ancient town and railway station. the hotel is clean and very comfortable. no mentioning the service during check, the staff was polite and share with us on location we can walked to and explored around. we didnt use any of the facilities around the hotel so cannot give much review on this. if you want somewhere walking distance to railway station, i will strongly recommend this hotel!
