Everything is orange like hand soap, shampoo, candy and so on. We traveled from Shangri-la and arrived at the hotel around 11 pm. The air-conditioning did not work. We called the reception to fix it. We waited around 15-20 mins and the staff came to fix it but it still did not work. We called the staff again to change the room but the staff said there was no available room at that night (so weird because the hotel is not a small hotel). By the way we waited around 15 mins and the same staff came to fix it again and it worked because at the first time the system of the room did not reset. We went to bed almost 2 am. The staff communicate only in Chinese.
