Had a great experience staying here! The location is superb and what’s even more amazing is their customer service. Though this is only a 4 star hotel, their customer service is top-notch, deserved to be 5 star. Even before the stay, the hotel reached out to be if I need some decoration for my room. Without even a second thought they will assist you with your luggage when checking in and out. They also called to our room if we needed any night snacks and delivered it up. I encountered numerous hiccups with my taobao deliveries and they took the initiative to assist and contact the delivery company. The hotel also serves wonderful breakfast at the lobby and there’s a corner in the lobby where snacks are served at specific timing. What’s interesting is that you can make your own tea/coffee. The hotel also has laundry room for everyone to use at no costs. I would like to specially thank 凤凰 and 欣玉 for their excellent service and hospitality! ❤️

Great location, with two food streets nearby that are lively at night. Surrounded by many shopping malls. Sufficient space to put two huge luggages and still walk around with ease. There’s a free supper buffet available (porridge), and drinks available all the time. Bed was a little hard but you get two pillow choices. If you’re a light sleeper just know that this is a very lively area so the sounds of cars can still be heard around midnight. Nonetheless the location trumps all!

Location is very strategic and only 15 minutes walk from Nanqiang night market. If you're taking a cab, you can inform them to pick you up from the kfc which is just 1-2 minutes walk from the hotel. Beside the hotel is a big banyan tree and there's a steamboat shop nearby which is crowded at night. The rooms were very clean and the staff were super helpful all the time and tried their best in making sure we had the most comfortable stay especially when the weather is so cold.

The staff are very accommodating. Our flight at 1:00am but check in was at 14:00 and we were very late. The staff were really friendly and efficient with the checking in process. The 2 receptionist spoke English. The room is spacious with great amenities and Dyson hair dryer. Water and rose moon cakes were provided on upon our welcome. The AC is great, the shower water pressure is amazing. The bed is comfy and the pillows are to great. The breakfast is good and the best part is that it’s open from 7:30am -12midday. I couldn’t believe it myself! The food is good with a range of rice porridge, fresh fruit, noodles, boiled eggs, fried eggs, bacon, youtiao (dough stick bread), vegetables, cereal and a range of desserts. They have a selection of coffee, tea and juices. There’s also a self service laundry area and open roof top area with a pool.

1 night stay at spacious 2 double beds room. Each bed can fit 2 medium sized adults. 2 beds fit 4 adults. 30mins smooth ride from Kunming Changshui International Airport. Centrally located. Huge clean beautiful hotel. Reach hotel abt 9am and hotel reception was very kind and helpful. Staff can converse simple English. I was lucky they allow early check in. Wifi strength in hotel is low so you will need to have prep your own data arrangement from ur country. Tv channels are limited to chinese programmes. No netflix. Room view is city and the surrounding building light up at night. Night view is nice. We left the window open as outside air is more cooling. Its december and temp is mostly 10deg and below. Generally no bidets in toilets in China. No halal food in hotel. But just 20mins walk along Nanping Pedestrian street you can find halal food at the muslim community near Shuncheng street. Theres also an acient mosque called Shuncheng Mosque. PreBook trip.com airport transfer at 50sgd. Big 6 seater mpv. Driver assigned was professional and very punctual. Hassle free and highly recomend.

This hotel is designed and run on a high standard. Location on the shopping mall .Love the interior design. Staff and services are excellent. Breakfast are very good. We wish to visit again.

l The Crystal Orange Hotel is an excellent choice, especially for Muslim travelers. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Kunming, with the Halal Street just behind the hotel. This made finding delicious food incredibly convenient, and Kunming truly felt like a food paradise for us. The hotel is surrounded by malls and shopping areas, so everything you need is within walking distance. We didn’t even have to use Didi during our stay—it’s that convenient. As for the hotel itself, it’s clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The highlight for us was definitely the location. It made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. This will absolutely be our go-to hotel whenever we return to Kunming. Highly recommended!

We had 4 pax and the Hollywood room had a US King size bed and sofa bed to sleep comfortably. Room is spacious as well. Hotel staff was friendly. Laundry room available for free. Huge mall opposite the hotel which host a wide variety of restaurants. Will stay again if in Kunming.

Hotel ammenties are good and the room is spacious. . Hotel is located very close to train station. Hotel staff are very friendly. Hotel staff Mr Jesse helped me with Tour arrangements and he communicated promptly. Really appreciate that. The buffet breakfast is good with a wide selection. The staff always offered to make coffee for me when I stepped into the restaurant. Highly recommended hotel stay for all.

Chose to stay in this hotel as it was just a 10 minute walk from the railway station, excellent for any travellers arriving in Kunming by the high speed rail. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. It even comes with free DIY laundry although we did not use it.
