Facilities: The hotel facilities are relatively complete, and the most important thing is clean and hygienic Environment: The lobby and interior decoration are particularly beautiful, very close to the Safari Park, and the price is worthy of such a good view!

Great value experience. The service staff were very nice. When they saw that we were bringing children, they upgraded us to a suite. The room was large and reasonably designed. The lighting and socket locations were very user-friendly. They even gave away children's slippers and toothbrushes~ Bedding was also provided. It's very comfortable. The room also comes with complimentary desserts and cocktails. During breakfast, I saw the cleaning staff mopping the floor in the restaurant. They mopped every corner very carefully. If you are heading in and out of Kunming on a short trip this is excellent choice, close to airport, 30 minutes drive. There is a shopping mall and a beautiful flower garden with Chinese restaurants. I had my best hot pot with Yunnan rice noodles here. Hotel staff spoke very little English. Mr Leo was the savier who helped us in making our stay and dining comfortable.

The massage/spa wasn’t really a spa. It was hard to find and they were not very receptive.

The hotel is clean and tidy, and the front desk staff has a good service attitude! The surrounding facilities are all available, it is convenient to travel and eat, and it is not noisy! The overall feeling is quite good for a stay.

I booked this hotel in Shilin, which is relatively close to the Eastern Bus Station. The room is on the 16th floor, with a good view, the room is clean and bright, and the bed is good. The children are very happy to watch the scenery from the bay window. The breakfast is very simple, the room is very crowded, and the taste is not good. If you don't eat breakfast, you can consider it. There is a convenience store downstairs. Generally speaking, it is satisfactory.

The hotel is not too far from the subway station, we dragged our luggage away, about 15 minutes. After checking in and opening the door, my colleague said that the room is so spacious and big. Personally, I pay more attention to the cleanliness of the bathroom, yes, the cleaning of this hotel is very clean, the check-in is very comfortable, the boss is also very good, and we have delayed check-out.

The room is clean and tidy, overall very good! A small suggestion that can be improved. The bathroom is not fully sealed and the bath water will splash onto the porch. It would be better to either improve the sealing or provide a foot mat that can be laid on the ground!
