Kunming Wuhua District Hotels

This hotel is located near the department store and Golden Horse and Jade Rooster Archway in Nanping Pedestrian Street. The room is equipped with a separate toilet and shower. The breakfast was varied and tasty. I like the Asian corner with some congee and Chinese dumpling soup. The coffee was great and the selections of fruits and pastry were a great choice. Highly recommend!

Couldn’t ask more for Atour Hotel. Everything meets or exceeds our expectations. The room is good size, amenities are modern and functional; super comfortable beds and pillows; the breakfast is delicious; the location is second to none (eateries, shopping all nearby); and last but not least, the staff are very friendly and helpful. We even got a takeaway breakfast on the day of checking out because our train was early morning and had no time to have breakfast at the restaurant. Will definitely recommend to everyone who come to Kunming!

Minimalist approach by the hotel needs improvement, the towels are little old and best replaced, the toiletry is basic and needs to be replenished with more without asking There were two receptionists, one is very polite and helpful providing a very pleasant service. however, the other is completely opposite, being unhelpful, provides bare minimum in answer and seems that any query is a bother to her. So training to upskilled to the latter is required. The accommodation is a motel style that is close to the Tangzixiang metro and walking distance to the kunming old town . Very convenient for travellers who just need a bed and a shower to rest. Overall a pleasant stay.

It was a bit damp during the rainy season, but the location is excellent, making it convenient to get around. Living in the bustling city, noise is a significant issue, but it didn't affect my sleep at all; in fact, I slept quite soundly. 😂 The upside is being able to get up early to visit Duyue Tower without having to fight for a spot, and the hotel's interior decor is also very photogenic (the pictures aren't from here, they're from Lijiang).

While the bathroom facilities are compact and basic, the excellent service, convenient location, make it a memorable stay.

Arrived at the front desk was greeted and served by 大肘子 swift and polite response with a friendly and caring team. 大肘子 constantly checking on guest for any concerns and comfortability during my stays. The hotel is located in the heart of great amenities, shopping malls, 24/7 street food stalls as soon as you stepped out. Walking distance to Old Beijing street with lots of shops and attractions. The hotel is well maintained and cleaned. The room is cleaned and spacious, well equipped with a good hair dryer and a clothes steamer. There is a gym, laundry room with detergent for Free usage. The breakfast offers a wide range of varieties. Overall the front staffs are helpful. Definitely recommend this hotel .

We booked a Bai twin room, which allowed us to combine the two beds into one. The room was spacious, and we didn't feel cramped at all. The hotel's location is excellent; stepping out, you're right in the night market with all sorts of food and shopping convenience. It was great to be able to grab a quick dinner right outside and head straight back to the hotel to rest, especially after arriving late and feeling tired. Despite being in a bustling area, the hotel was surprisingly quiet. The complimentary tea was delicious, and we also enjoyed the flower pastry. Our child loved it very much. We'll definitely consider staying here again if we have the chance.

My main purpose for visiting Kunming this time was to escape the summer heat, relax, and explore the local food scene, so I chose a hotel right next to Kunming Old Street. It's an established five-star hotel, showing its age a bit, but that also gives it a reassuring sense of reliability. The rooms are standard, nothing fancy, but the blue skies and white clouds outside the window were beautiful every day. The complimentary welcome fruits and snacks were plentiful and even included lollipops, which made me feel like the hotel puts a special emphasis on families with children. There's a kids' play area on the floor, and the buffet restaurant even has a dedicated children's dining section. The breakfast was the biggest highlight – rich, delicious, and featuring many Yunnan specialty dishes. Just be sure to avoid peak times. The hotel's location is unbeatable. Nanping Walking Street, Nanqiang Street, and Jinma Biji Archway are all within walking distance, and ride-sharing services are readily available, with pickups almost instantaneous.

Came to Kunming with my 6 years old. We didn’t know the hotel is inside the mall so was a little lost. But staff were very kind to come out and fetch us to the hotel. They offered to carry my big heavy luggage up to the room. That’s giving the extra mile service. The room is very culturally designed, amenities are very sufficient and breakfast is healthy and local taste. Overall I’m very happy and pleased with their friendliness and very hospitable. The hotel is near 2 attractions where we managed to walk with baidu map help. You can check it out too. After the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holidays, my friend and I came to Yunnan for a trip, and our first choice was Atour Hotel. The hotel is located right next to the Bank of China, in the same building, with the front desk on the fourth floor. The breakfast was quite rich, and the surrounding commercial area is super convenient, offering everything you could need, from food to daily necessities. **Service:** The staff had excellent attitudes! **Transportation:** Very convenient, with Metro Line 5 and Line 3 right next door. It's just a two-minute walk from Exit C. The only drawback was that the water pressure in the shower was a bit low. They even gave us a souvenir when we checked out! I would definitely stay here again on my next trip! Right behind the hotel is Kunming Old Street, and there are many other old streets nearby too!
