The plug often fell off when it was inserted. I booked a room with hot spring service, but it didn't specify that I had to bring my own swimming trunks. I needed to spend another 50 yuan to buy swimming trunks on site. In short, the service and facilities of your hotel need to be improved. In addition, a glass on the washstand was broken due to moving the refrigerator.
