高性價比，離昆明火車站很近。房間很乾凈，每天都打掃，離昆明站很近很近，在房間陽台上都能看到火車排列在那裡。打車也很方便。

沒想到特別滿意，走火車站才六分鐘，很不錯的小區裏，而且老闆及工作人員及室友都特別友善熱情還下來接，我在雲南被感動了！青旅居住硬件設施都不錯，床品乾淨無異味，衞生間很乾凈，睡覺靜悄悄，陽台俯瞰夜景很美，樓下許多美食小吃，心情超讚。若下次來又直奔你家哈。

實話講，這是我這幾年住過最温情的青旅了，老闆人很好，環境沒得説，在這裏中轉去大理玩，回來昆明後還住他們家。距離火車站很近，幾分鐘就走到哦。隨手拍幾張照片看看，有圖有真相，開心的入住體驗，這個小區也很高級。

四人間很小，有個大姐躺床上口水直接吐垃圾桶裏。客廳全部是男人，全在抽煙，一屋子的煙味，房間也是。想住的想清楚吧。

這家青旅真的非常棒，佈置格局非常温馨，性價比還賊高，最主要的是居住氣氛很好。入住期間，有租客身體不舒服，老闆細心認真照料，我覺得比家人還上心。還有我因為逛花卉市場忘記趕飛機的時間，而我的行李還在青旅，我怕來不及給老闆打電話，老闆二話不説就給我送行李，我真的很感謝，獻上好評一個，希望老闆生意興隆 ，下次還來住他家青旅。😄
