這次入住還是非常好的，前台服務非常好，感覺很有家的感覺，前台的小姐姐小哥哥都不錯，有問題會及時給我們解決，他們家還有洗衣房挺方便的，酒店位置也很好，屬於市中心內了，去老街啊南屏街啊翠湖公園咯還有圓通山動物園都挺方便的，掃個車就能到真的挺方便的，酒店早餐也很豐富，還有小鍋米線挺好吃

看圖，之所以選擇這家酒店是因為是全國連鎖，結果大失所望！我提前告知帶兩個孩子，也知道電梯在樓上，來辦理入住後，沒有任何幫忙拿行李！幸好我衹帶了一個孩子！備註挨着電梯近，結果安排的遠的不得了。房間衞生真的差，灰塵很多，連吹風上都有印記！果斷第二天退房！不會再來！價格也不值這個價！

很滿意的入住體驗，入住時房間裏放了兩瓶水，不夠喝還問前台免費要了兩瓶。房間很温馨舒適，枕頭和床墊和家裡的一樣軟，出門逛完老街消散了一天的疲憊感。酒店裡的早餐也很棒，菜品多，味道好。二樓的商務區辦公也很方便。前台服務人員從我們辦入住開始就很熱情，快速的為我們辦理了入住，每次路過前台都主動禮貌問好。洗衣方便，還提供洗衣服務，洗好還把衣服疊整齊送房間，真的特別讓人省心，整個人都放鬆下來了。房間衞生也很乾凈，睡的也很舒服。旁邊出門往右拐就是充滿人間煙火氣的桃園廣場，往左邊就是昆明老街，逛街吃飯方便。

這次入住如家酒店的體驗遠超預期！酒店位於市中心黃金地段，步行10分鐘即可到達地鐵站，周邊餐飲、購物一應俱全。前台工作人員笑容親切，辦理入住高效，還主動升級了房型。房間設計時尚簡約，床品柔軟舒適，房間格調清新脱俗，讓人心情很放鬆。浴室乾濕分離，配備高品質的洗漱用品，細節處可見用心。早餐品種豐富，本地特色小吃和西式餐點兼顧，二十多種不同類型菜品構成的自助餐性價比很高。特別感謝客房阿姨的細緻服務，每日打掃後連衣物都整齊疊放。前廳經理從入住到退房都一直在全程提供各種各樣的服務，優先安排户型好的房間、洗衣送物、引領入住拿行李，都很專業親切，無論是商務出行還是旅遊度假，這裏都是理想之選！

首先酒店二樓才有電梯需要自己搬行李去二樓其次酒店臨近馬路，窗户非常不隔音晚上特別吵然後衞生極差，好多毛髮和不明物體最後設施老舊，空調不能調擺風，窗户也漏風
