When we check out and ask reception to call a cab to airport, the staff said can’t get cab as they don’t have cooperation with cab service… I’m like what’s wrong here, hotel can’t help to call a taxi when we don’t have china phone number?! Why can’t a hotel can’t book cab for their customers??
