房間寬敞明亮，樓上的巨大投屏適合躺在床上看大片。周邊交通便利。我這次博物館主題遊，這裏距離雲南省博物館2KM內，非常便利。
周邊200米有個夜市，吃東西很方便

1、首先，我方身為消費者，在酒店一直擁有大大小小的問題時，並沒有胡攪蠻纏得理不饒人。反而是一直和酒店方溝通，但是酒店方明明是因為沒有達到詳情頁中所能提供的設施，很多都需要反覆調試也依舊用不了，例如熱水器，例如電視機，例如投影儀。
2、其次，在前幾次房間出現大大小小的問題時，我一直在與店家溝通，態度友好。但店家的態度特別無所謂，並沒有抱着解決問題的辦法來回應我。
該兩點有以下聊天記錄為證
3、最後，在入住當晚直接停了一整晚的電，打電話給店家溝通，第一次電話，店家説她方沒有辦法解決問題就直接掛斷電話。第二次電話，説可能是大功率電器導致電閘帶不動，我方把電器拔掉後依舊不行，店家再次掛斷電話。第三次電話，我方在大聲質問店家為什麼是用這種無所謂的態度來面對消費者的問題，身為賣方沒有做到購買前所承諾的條件，還説這他們也解決不了，是物業的問題。並沒有任何想要溝通的傾向。店家這時聽見我方大聲質問時有以下言論，包括但並不完全“我有能夠要你退房”“不願意住就出去，我可以給你退錢”“你和我講也沒用，反正是物業管理公司的問題”並且再次掛斷電話。
以上通話均有錄音，我方承認可能語氣在因為多次店家掛斷電話之後語氣強硬，但絕對是合理的質問，因為如果是電路問題解決不了，但是完全可以給出一個積極的解決態度，而不是一味的説要我理解，並且不斷的掛斷電話。
我方在攜程官方客服處得到了妥善處理，給出了很多備選酒店，十分感謝攜程官方的負責，給我這糟心的昆明之旅解決了太多問題。

商家態度很好又熱情，衞生也非常乾淨，周邊出行也很方便旁邊還有地鐵，吃的玩的都有很多，而且還有夜市太方便了，非常滿意的一次團購，下次還會繼續光顧

房間還行，就是退房時候退還按金，因為用了兩塊一次性毛巾扣了20rmb，住房的時候也沒告訴我們一次性毛巾需要額外收費呀！感覺環境和衞生條件一般
