The sanitation is very clean and the facilities are complete and comfortable. I will recommend it to my friends next time.

This is my second time in Kunming. The first time I stayed in a duplex apartment B&B, I felt very good. I just got off the plane yesterday and was in a hurry to book a hotel. Since the B&B I stayed in the first time was far away, I randomly chose one on Ctrip this time. I didn't read any reviews, but just saw the promotional photos of the business and placed an order. The sky fell when I moved in. I won't say much about the hygiene, just look at the photos for yourself.

It's next to the subway station and very close to the city center and Dounan Flower Market. The night market downstairs is also very good, with many special snacks. The room is also very unique, and it has a giant screen projection. It's a good place for couples, and the quality is guaranteed. Highly recommended.

1. First, as a customer, we didn't become unreasonable or unreasonable when the hotel repeatedly encountered issues, both large and small. Instead, we constantly communicated with the hotel, but they clearly didn't meet the amenities listed on the hotel's website. Many of these issues, such as the water heater, TV, and projector, required repeated adjustments but still didn't work. 2. Secondly, when the room had several issues, both large and small, I consistently communicated with the hotel in a friendly manner. However, the hotel's attitude was completely indifferent, and they didn't respond with any intention of resolving the issues. The following chat logs provide evidence of these two points. 3. Finally, the power went out for the entire night on our stay. I called the hotel on the first call, but they said they couldn't resolve the issue and hung up. On the second call, they said it might be a high-powered appliance that was causing the circuit breaker to trip. I unplugged the appliance, but the problem persisted, and they hung up again. During the third call, we loudly questioned the store's indifferent attitude towards our consumer issues. They claimed that the seller had failed to meet the conditions promised before the purchase and claimed they couldn't resolve the issue, stating it was the property management company's problem. They showed no interest in communicating. Upon hearing our loud questions, the store owner made the following statements, including (but not entirely) "I can ask you to check out," "If you don't want to stay, just leave and I'll refund you," and "There's no point in talking to me; it's the property management company's problem," before hanging up the phone again. All of these calls were recorded. We acknowledge that our tone may have been harsh after the store repeatedly hung up on us, but it was definitely a reasonable question. If the circuit issue wasn't solvable, they could have offered a proactive solution, rather than simply demanding my understanding and repeatedly hanging up. Our situation was handled well by Ctrip's official customer service, who provided us with many alternative hotels. I'm very grateful to Ctrip for their responsibility, which resolved so many issues during my frustrating trip to Kunming.
