裝修還行，但衞生條件不太行，到處都是灰，像很久沒打掃了，自己擦了一遍收拾了一下才勉強住下，投影也不能用，登記退房都找不到人，得等。本來嫌麻煩想續住也衹好算了。説實話老闆人還是不錯的，但感覺不是很用心在打理。也許是過節的原因？個人覺得既然做這一行，還是儘量用心對待一些細節吧，真誠的建議。

五一假期提前休，過來昆明旅遊入住他們家，衞生乾淨，白天去海埂大壩很近，晚上回來去海樂世界吃了穆蘭盛燒烤，周圍很安靜，雖然昆明沒有深圳熱，但自己還是比較喜歡開空調睡覺，睡得很舒服，特別喜歡這家的洗髮露、沐浴露，完全用不到自己帶的，強烈推薦南方來的旅友們入住他們家。

泊庭酒店屬公寓式酒店，座落在官渡古鎮附近新建小區門市棟口，去海梗大壩喂海鷗、老街.等景區很方便，值得自駕遊的朋友選擇，硬件無可挑剔，軟件有點管理上軟，有待提高。

衞生和環境設施還可以，但是淋浴的地方沒有門，每個房間都有洗衣機，唯一不足的是當天晚上正好想洗兩件衣服，屋裡沒放洗衣粉，九點半左右打酒店前台電話兩遍都沒人接。
