外環境很不錯，酒店房間設施設備一般，水太小，晚上12點以後沒熱水，客廳、房間沒有圖片上的大，門口的保安態度也不好，總之跟這個別墅🏡的級別不搭調。

總體上來講，乾淨衞生裝修風格大氣環境優美，服務到位。房間設施和園內設施值得我大老遠跑過來，也值得這個價錢，非常非常好，而且酒店很用心在做改進。衞生間不是透明的，洗手枱冷熱水出水快，浴室水流很大，熱水充足。房間WiFi上網信號好，網速快。客廳卧室空調給力，乾淨衞生，裝修不錯，飲品多樣，紅茶蘇打水椰汁還不錯，無限續飲，迎賓水果，春節期間的財神送福也是非常用心了。室內私湯每天放水兩次還能調温度，完全夠用的。温泉水和温泉池衞生潔凈度都很高，泡起來舒服。偶爾還有小松鼠和小鳥，環境沒得説。一直以為是一家配一個管家，沒想到是所有人打電話給總枱，總枱再派人過來，每次來服務的小哥都很不錯，都是實實在在的孩子。前台的小姐姐也是不容易，中間鬧了點小插曲，一開始搞得火大，朱經理帶着前台一次次上門誠懇服務，妥善解決，態度讓我非常滿意。相信前台小姐姐已經很用心在為我們做服務了。感謝，你們辛苦了！一向挑剔節儉的父母這次也覺得錢花得值，我父母不容易認可他人，我本人也走過住過國內外多家精品酒店，對設施、衞生和服務細節比較看重，這次酒店的服務真的到位，謝謝你們了。牧雲台早餐還行，也是很用心了，雖然沒辦法和一線城市五星豪華酒店的餐廳相比，但是基本需求差不多滿足了，自助的肉類食材讓我滿意，比較新鮮，少有海克斯科技，這一點比啥都重要。説了很多，因為目前身處麗江有點高反寫的亂七八糟的，這家還值得我再次選擇，也不枉我從北京過來專程體驗一趟，對得起舟車勞頓。再次感謝你們大年三十的服務，謝謝！

優點：服務比較好，有事情什麼的處理及時，環境也不錯，安靜私密，缺點：打掃衞生太慢了，房間開好等了很長時間才能入住，還會有上面餐廳的人來敲門推銷菜品，本來就泡的温泉需要安靜，還會有人來騷擾這裏不好，希望改進

當初選擇這家酒店的原因主要是允許攜帶寵物（我家有一衹小泰迪，我們自帶了狗窩和尿墊等日常用品），這也是我們雲南自駕選擇酒店的首要條件；我們一家三口住的是私湯單卧別墅，別墅是兩室一廳一衞，除了主卧另外一間是麻將室，給女兒加了床，費用是450元/晚（含早餐）；客廳和主卧比較寬敞，推門出去可以直接進入花園，私湯池子三個人泡着很舒服，泡完可以去衞生間裏的幹蒸房蒸一下，緩解白天自駕和遊玩的疲憊；前台服務員和管家比較熱情，很詳盡地介紹了酒店相關服務，總體來説酒店服務比較到位、設施完善，唯一不足就是感覺早餐廳裝修和酒店整體不太匹配，服務員服務態度很好，但是餐食不太精緻，這點和有些五星級酒店相比還是差了些，當然早餐價位相比也低了些。不過還好，不影響我以後來雲南旅遊的再次選擇。
