房間很乾凈，房間佈置很温馨，還能看到滇池，還有上下床的小童房，兒子很喜歡，入住感覺很舒服，小區環境也很棒！老闆很貼心，讓晚退了房

非常垃圾，定了之後就加個微信，明確説需要自己去找房間，在一個什麼小區裏面幾單元，沒有任何招牌，還要通過重重密碼門禁，然後在去到一個地下室找個密碼盒自己取門卡，一開始沒放在心上，但到了那地方，噩夢就開始了，本來時間就很晚了，那地方本來就偏，晚上外面就沒人，什麼幾棟幾單元也看不清，也找不到問，找了起碼半小時後我就受不了了，於是決定退房，但是商家居然不同意，微信發的按金也不退，還好第二天攜程客服協調由平台幫忙補了費用，最後協調退了按金。網上訂了那麼多次房間，最噁心的一次體驗。大家擦亮眼睛。
