The room is cheap and close to the station. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room came with extra friends

Unfortunately they didn't give me the room that I had booked. They said that it's been taken already, so they offered me another one but I don't like round beds(the refunded the difference) You pay for what you get so don't expect too much at this hotel. The location is convenient for the railway station.

Location is great as it’s so close to the station but the lady who runs it was very unfriendly. The bedding made us so itchy and there was no AC remote to turn on the AC. The lady came and took one of our pillows from each of the beds so we only had one each. The hallway was very messy with towels stacked up or trolleys outside. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel. There are other hotels close by for a higher price that seem a lot better.

Die Nähe zum Südbanhof ist das einzig positive. Es gab Kakerlaken im Zimmer. Das Wasser in der Dusche ist nicht abgelaufen. Der Fussboden dreckig. Das runde Bett war zerfleddert am Kopfende. Die Frau am Empfang war nicht besonders höflich. Für 1 Nacht in ok, aber ansonsten nicht zu empfehlen . Eigentlich möchte ich noch nicht mal mit 1 Diamanten bewerten, wenn ich nicht müsste.

環境差房間在一樓，房間有味道，説好的包接送，接的時候等了一個小時，送的時候讓我去外面路上等，態度還不好，説他到了沒人上車他就要直接走了，？？？車牌號都不告訴我也不給我打電話啥的，我隨便上個車？最後自己打車去的。
