Lovely apartment with two bedrooms on a mezzanine floor, a spacious open plan living room/kitchen and a bathroom with separate wet/dry areas. The kitchen had a hot plate, rice cooker and enough crockery and pots to cook properly.
Best equipped apartment we have stayed in in China!
The apartment is on the building on top of Mingshan bank, enter at the left hand side facing the bank.
The only issue that foreigners in particular need to be aware of is that the host will send you self check in details via WeChat to the number you have registered on Trip.com. I don't use wechat on this number and it was difficult to get in contact with the host as the phone numbers listed on Trip.com are not correct. I had to contact Customer Service to find out this info and get a correct number for the host.

民宿交通便利，樓下就有地鐵站，到機場、火車站、滇池等一眾景點都十分便利，房間乾淨整潔佈置温馨，廚具齊全，適合全家一起出遊，房主回覆信息也十分及時，推薦推薦。

位置很好，作為昆明中轉住宿很方便。附近有大悦城。房東也很好，需要一個小鍋給小朋友煮輔食，立馬送來。這個樓裏面民宿挺多的。
這個價位很超值了。
建議可以準備一個插線板，燒水在洗手池附近電源插座較高，燒水壺夠不到。如果有小朋友需要注意樓梯安全性。

位置不錯，離火車站一站路離地鐵口兩百米不到，位置好找！電梯上樓辦理入住方便快捷，高樓層視野好，設施中有個休閑獨椅需要改進或者搬走吧容易傷人，就是樓梯下面那個！其他都挺好的不錯！

入住快捷方便。房間整潔乾淨，有冰箱，洗衣機兩張床比較乾淨，窗户外的視野也非常的好，交通比較便利。是洗手液和洗髮水的量不太足用完了。通比較方便，坐公交還是打車都比較便利，距離都非常的適宜。

整體來説還是很好的，非常便利，我們早到了，房間打掃好了，就讓我們入住了。廚房東西挺全，雖然我們也沒怎麼用。整體衞生還是可以的，床大舒適，床單被套也很舒服。
唯一不足的是側卧牆壁有些許裂縫不影響入住。
退按金也很快。
