一、很吵，從中午下午到晚上到凌晨都很吵，一樓根本不隔音，被吵醒很多次二、平台描述和店家不一樣，室內有無衞生間不清楚三、淋浴頭是壞的，沒有花灑，也放不出熱水，吹風機啥的也沒有四、桌面有一層灰，房間有異味，衞生間有油煙味五、房間很小，陰冷入住體驗非常差，早上打不到車，師傅嫌遠

原以為是拿了平台優惠券訂的特價房，但圖文描述是外開窗1.8米床，個人原因到店較晚衹留有4樓走廊隔斷窗1.5米床，因個人注重室內空氣流通所以很難接受這類窗子，且行李多樓層太高，床小不夠睡等問題，所以提出退款申請。當時老闆在外，由其母親電話溝通，那頭明確表示讓我找平台客服申請退即可。等我自己申請後被拒絕，跟平台説明情況店家同意退房但又反悔，後平台也無能為力被迫補償房價，而此時我已帶家人入住其他酒店了。做人不能言而無信，貨不對版。所以出了錢沒有住。本來印象還可，經歷此事實在失望。
