1、用品漏補，管理缺失。7天中有6天都漏補了用品，漏補過紙巾、拖鞋、牙具、洗髮水、沐浴露等。每天需要用的時候發現沒有。更搞笑的是，第7天從外面回來發現洗浴用品又沒放，打電話請工作人員補洗浴用品的時候，一個工作人員上門説他問過負責的服務員，服務員説是每天都放了的，並要求進房間查看，查看後確實沒有，這才給我補洗浴用品。但我不爽了，這意思是説我每天都偷藏了想多要一份？！真是好笑！在我住的7天裏6天都漏補用品，你們不查監控不查相關負責人，卻懷疑我來查我？！於是果斷退房，取消了後續訂單、要回當晚房費。
2、女前台態度冷淡，高高在上，一副能住進這個酒店是顧客的榮幸的樣子，畢竟曾經是不接待普通住客的，現在開放普通住客得好好感恩呢！
3、房間狹小，設施簡陋破舊。衞生間門打開，離馬桶或許有3釐米吧（上傳的照片可看到），房間門打開距離牆壁或許有10釐米（上傳的照片可看到）。房間門縫、陽台門縫都很大，風颼颼地鑽進房間，蚊子大軍也暢通無阻，一天拍死10隻蚊子還得挨咬。
4、噪聲。晚上空調震天響，白天裝修電鑽響。
5、位置好，距離動物園、翠湖近；安保好，外賣快遞不讓進。這是讓我忍着各種不適住下的原因，我帶着小孩，把安全、出去玩方便看得挺重要。

什麼都好，就是淋浴忽冷忽熱，地處圓通街動物園和圓通寺，但裏面很靜，環境很好，不愧是當年政府機關的會議接得場所，交通便利。

住宿還行，就是碰上個春節放假，酒店的停車場可能對外出租了，外部車輛太多了，排隊出停車場，排隊出回到酒店排了40多分鐘，差點誤了飛機航班，比較奇葩，出行遇上這個事，希望改善一下。
