房間設施很舊，老式的淋浴頭，不能移動，小孩洗澡不方便，還用的浴簾，有點臟。
房間有點小，隔音不好，蚊子超多，用了滅蚊片還是很多蚊子，睡得很不好。
晚上有三衹狗在院子裏打架，居然沒有一個人去管！！！太垃圾了。
一路上酒店引路的工作人員，態度都不好，兇巴巴的，冷漠。後來在網上查了一下是雲南國企的酒店，怪不得，一副高傲的樣子。早餐很差！！！！根本不值這個價錢。

其實想打更差的評分的，但是忍住了，我覺得真的太差了，首先設施陳舊，很臟很舊，的確年代也很久遠，沒有可以移動取下來的淋浴頭，最討厭的就是酒店用這種固定的噴頭；第二服務也挺那個啥的，沒有感受到酒店的服務；第三早餐衹到九點半，對我們這些出門在外想休息的人來説真是災難，真的很準時就把早餐收了。唯一的好處就是出門還是方便，畢竟在中心。已經換酒店了。

一般的老賓館，房間無空調，有電熱毯，入住剛好降温，入夜寒冷，被子偏薄，加了備用被子仍然寒冷，凍醒。唯一的温度的是連雲餐廳，身為北方人點了菜單沒有的湯麪，師傅精心製作了火腿絲香菇和豌豆尖煮的大鍋湯麪🍜，温暖了。

這個是什麼酒店 這也沒有 那也沒有 沒有棉簽沒有刮鬍刀 沒有抽紙 憑什麼要收那麼多錢 招待所的待遇 收酒店的費 還不如快捷酒店

建蓋的時間有一點久，設施有一點點陳舊，好在出行很方便，出門就是翠湖，還有小吃一條街，裏面很寬敞，還有免費的停車場。

背靠圓通山，面向翠湖，環境不錯。住在圓通樓，設施略顯老舊，但是前台服務態度好。有大院子可以停車，車位稍顯緊張。

1、用品漏補，管理缺失。7天中有6天都漏補了用品，漏補過紙巾、拖鞋、牙具、洗髮水、沐浴露等。每天需要用的時候發現沒有。更搞笑的是，第7天從外面回來發現洗浴用品又沒放，打電話請工作人員補洗浴用品的時候，一個工作人員上門説他問過負責的服務員，服務員説是每天都放了的，並要求進房間查看，查看後確實沒有，這才給我補洗浴用品。但我不爽了，這意思是説我每天都偷藏了想多要一份？！真是好笑！在我住的7天裏6天都漏補用品，你們不查監控不查相關負責人，卻懷疑我來查我？！於是果斷退房，取消了後續訂單、要回當晚房費。
2、女前台態度冷淡，高高在上，一副能住進這個酒店是顧客的榮幸的樣子，畢竟曾經是不接待普通住客的，現在開放普通住客得好好感恩呢！
3、房間狹小，設施簡陋破舊。衞生間門打開，離馬桶或許有3釐米吧（上傳的照片可看到），房間門打開距離牆壁或許有10釐米（上傳的照片可看到）。房間門縫、陽台門縫都很大，風颼颼地鑽進房間，蚊子大軍也暢通無阻，一天拍死10隻蚊子還得挨咬。
4、噪聲。晚上空調震天響，白天裝修電鑽響。
5、位置好，距離動物園、翠湖近；安保好，外賣快遞不讓進。這是讓我忍着各種不適住下的原因，我帶着小孩，把安全、出去玩方便看得挺重要。
