雖然價格不是很貴150上下，但是不得不説，該差的是一沒落，床單被套臟的肉眼可見，熱水放半天出不來，床睡的腰痠背痛，我以為這就是極限了，誰知道！作為電競酒店，打個遊戲還能卡，而且還是LOL，我真的挑不出一句好話，好好好，方柚網吧大宿舍是吧

首先，服務態度很好，這是不可否認的。但是，我還是給了很低的評價，因為，第一：房間好多燈都是壞的，導致全開完燈，房間都是很暗的；第二：紙巾衹有廁所一小卷捲紙，房間並沒有抽紙，這點很不滿意；第三：電腦鼠標摸着都是一種很油膩的感覺，而且電腦打遊戲的時候會黑屏一下再好起來，不止一次。

這電競酒店真的是太拉垮了！沒住過比這還差的入住進去最開始是沒有熱水然後整了1個小時後麪將就用！説玩電腦什麼遊戲都進不了連打個英雄聯盟都進不去最開始連英雄聯盟都要更新一更新就是半個小時更新好了進不了遊戲找“客服客服説重啟電腦電腦重啟了又更新半個小時還是進不去又找客服處理説是裏面內存滿了！！要清理等他清理好了又讓我重啟還是進不去當時就已經是晚上22點了，距離我們入住已經過去了兩個小時！！當時直接都不想玩了從8點多鐘入住進去一直整到十一二點真的是無語了本來就是出來旅遊玩的説晚上打下電競結果整成這樣！建議大家別踩坑！！！避雷！我出來玩重來都沒有給過別人差評但這次真的忍不了了！

可以説住得最差的一次，什麼沒有停車位啊，店鋪位置難找啊都先不説，14點退房15點入住確實少見，我們13點50到店，坐着等，等到15點了還在打掃，15:30才住進去。到房間以後地上還全是水，衞生間一股惡臭，鍵盤黏的，鼠標還有點油。房間很小，卧室兩個雙層床，沒有卧室門，打遊戲有本事打着跳閘。

電競設施一般，有缺鍵盤帽，屏幕色彩奇特，但是細節清掃不滿，除蟲不滿，無24小時熱水，浴霸燈失效，有小強。不是一次很好的住宿體驗

這2顆星是給前台小姐姐的，不然肯定是全部0，我3點來的4點告訴我還沒打掃出來，然後最離譜的是後面來的住進去了我點的外賣都要到了我的還沒打掃好，方柚現在越做越大了客户體驗越來越差，怪不得現在很多其他雜牌的電競酒店能做起來，作為昆明最早做電競酒店的公司應該反省反省了
