酒店前台服務熱情周到，提出的問題都能用心解決。酒店到機場也很快，比住機場附近好太多了，方便出行。環境整體温馨幽靜，房間衞生整潔。下次還會選擇。

入住非常滿意，首先前台服務熱情，衞生打掃的很乾凈整潔，進門心情就很好，房間也屬於這邊很寬敞的，採光特別好，樓下停車方便，風景好安靜，房間很乾凈，沒有異味，空間很大，一進去就眼前一亮。床睡起來很舒服，燈光也剛剛好氛圍感拉滿，如果下次來昆明，應該是還會訂這裏的。

作為一個從來不喜歡評論的人，今天我決定認認真真的給你寫這條差評。
昆明的酒店300以上的幾乎都住過，沒有一家是你們這麼離譜的，酒店首先是睡覺的地方，其次才是其他。從進去酒店開始，就一直很吵，半夜樓道上有人跑來跑去，凌晨5點多有人在樓道吵架，大聲喊叫，居然連一個管理人員都沒有，早上7點多開始，樓上開始打電鑽，然後就是各種敲打的聲音，打電話去前台，前台説不是我們在裝修，我們不管，我是你們的客户，我住你們這個酒店得不到很好的休息換來的是你們不管，衹能説你們的服務和環境對不起你們的定價！一生黑！

酒店工作人員的服務很好，房間也很大，餐廳早上供應的早餐種類也很多，特別是前台的李小婷，服務很好，有什麼問題和她反應以後，能很及時的得到解決，酒店也有停車場，可以停車，好像還有接機服務，提前和酒店聯繫就可以接機，非常棒！
