I have never given a bad review before, but I was really angry this time. The cleaning lady kept talking loudly outside at around 8 o'clock in the morning and woke me up. The deposit slip said that I had to check out before 13 o'clock, but the cleaning lady urged me to check out at around 11 o'clock, and said that I needed to extend my stay at 13 o'clock. The main thing is that her attitude was so arrogant and rude that I couldn't accept it. I called the front desk to ask if I could check out at 13 o'clock. The front desk said yes, but they urged me to check out again before 12:30. If I didn't have to wait for someone, I wouldn't have checked out at 13 o'clock. The service attitude was disgusting. Except for this episode, the front desk lady was very good.
