This hotel is great. It’s a bit tricky to get to with your own vehicle because the road is weird but if you want to anything on dianchi lake, Yunnan nationalities park or west hills the location is ideal. The staff are friendly and we got free breakfast and dinner! The hot springs is nice but not large. Water was clean. We got the family loft room which is great for families but I recommend they put a bunk bed in the family room for foreign families who have multiple kids and Chinese families with 2 or more kids.

This is such a amazing hotel. Their service is top notch. I was attended by receptionist named 小张管家. She is so amazing and attended our requests with such patience and care.
Please look for her for the great service. My stay was so great and I will definitely be back here for my next stay in Kunming.

Everything was perfect with our stay in Jianye. From the the welcoming check-in to 小胡's assistance in booking a car to start our visit in Kunming, thoughtful communication and warm personal care were a well deserved 5-stars experience. The facility is clean and well appointed in everyway. The breakfast has great healthy selection.

We had a lovely time at Jiangye resort hotel. Above all the staff were very attentive and helpful. Our room was spacious, very clean, and well appointed. The location was good too with a nice view. Thank you very much!

Hotel is Big, Bright, Clean and Comfortable with good service from the front desk team. Room is spacious and looks new and well maintained. Complimentry dinner on our first night upon check in and breakfast selection is good. Only drawback is the location is a bit isolated from main shopping area or city, so have to take cab in and out. My kids rank this the best hotel stay in Yunnan.

The staff were excellent, very friendly and accommodating, very professional. Delicious breakfast buffet. The rooms were fantastic, really spacious and comfortable bed. The location is not near the hottest tourist destinations but nevertheless places are easy to access.

It would be nicer if the power sockets are installed with the general type for guests all over the world, reducing the trouble of using the adapter sometimes.
