A fantastic location in Kunming’s ancient town, perfectly situated for exploring nearby tourist attractions. The staff were wonderfully welcoming and eager to help—even though they didn’t speak English, we seamlessly communicated using a translation app. The breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, offering plenty of options to start the day right. Our room was impeccably clean and tidied up daily, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout.

Great location next to everything! Service was quick and prompt. Unfortunately no English spoken.
Originally booked a double room but got ‘upgraded’ to a queen. Room was spacious, but showing its age with cracks, scuffs, dirty spots on the wall, and mould in the bathroom. Also no windows which was incredibly claustrophobic.
Breakfast was below standard. Western options (e.g croissants and breads) were overly sweet, and local options (stir fries, fried rice) were too oily.

Location is inside Kunming old street, easy to find food and stuff. Only 5 mins walk to tourist spot in old street. But not recommend for who dislike noisy area.

Overall satisfying just the room is a bit small if you have big luggage. Hotel located in Kunming Old Street, where car cannot drive in. Just ＜200m from the old street entrance to hotel

People are super kind and super nice. I had some problems with booking but they tried to do their best. Cleaners and kitchen servers were also super nice and good. Every part was clean and chill, view was good.

Great! Close to everything we wanted to see, on the old street close to restaurants and pubs and nightlife but also quiet and peaceful to sleep. Clean hotel, kind staff.
