It's a very commercial hotel which good for business trip.
Basic facilities and comfortable room.
Clean and tidy, very good for business trip and transfer flight.

It was ok for the price. The service on check-in was great, they were respectful and welcoming (extra points for the man the spoke good English). After that service was very average, front desk ladies would not even look at you because we didn't speak Chinese nor found a way to communicate as we did.
The AC was only in fan mode, not possible to change, and so the room was warm at times.
The location was good in terms of proximity to landmarks, but the area was not nice.

Great location, fantastic staff at the reception who speaks English. Very comfortable, clean and affordable room. We extended our stay.

真的是離了大譜這個酒店。
當晚八點左右到店，同行一共三間房，給了我830房卡，登記入住拿了房卡沒進房間就離開了。
差不多凌晨一點左右回到酒店，上樓打開房門發現被反鎖，居然有人入住了，互相嚇了一跳！
到了前台，告訴有人住了，問怎麼回事前台還一臉不滿，自始至終覺得事不關己的樣子，説是房卡給錯了，就給了638，穩妥起見，向前台要了兩張房卡，重點來了第二張是前台去後麪房間翻出來的。
第二天早上退房給的解釋是，當晚830房間沒有在系統裏點房間已入住，所以又開給了別的客人。
好了，問題來了，八點鐘開的830房卡上是有數字明確寫了830的。既然酒店房卡是有號碼標記，而且另外一張得前台到裡間才能拿到，那麼另外入住830的客人房卡是哪裡來的？而且我登記入住已經登機了身份訊息，怎麼還又讓別的客人住進去了？？？
這酒店檔次也不低，居然還能出現這樣的情況，我也真是無話可説。
另外預訂那裡明確寫的贈送的茶葉也沒有，床硬的要死，甚至能感覺到床墊凸起的鋼絲，早上六點多開始走廊就吵的要命。
真的，你們不是招待所，招待所也不可能犯這樣的低級錯誤，我希望能有一個合理的解釋。是管理混亂，還是什麼原因？
首先，這種事情就不該發生。其次，出了事情後，就沒有人出來面對，不是一句不好意思，對不起，就能掩飾你們的不專業，服務的低級。畢竟，出了這樣的事，你們從頭至尾，也沒有任何人給一個讓人滿意和信服的態度。
我不知道當晚住在830的客人什麼態度，反正我就覺得你們這酒店如果這點事兒都做不好，可以停業整頓了。

酒店服務：差，兩個問題：
1、承諾的茶餅沒有，酒店的問題，前台一臉理所當然，好態度都沒有一個。
2、退卡需要按金，退卡非要按金憑條，耽擱了好久。
總結：衹能算一家硬件設施不錯，服務中下的酒店。
出門在外求方便、求舒心，這次住的一點都不舒心。

第一次寫差評.前台服務態度差，那個頭枕臟了一小點不是應該洗不乾淨才扣錢嗎，洗的乾淨還要扣那我們退房沒有臟你們是不是直接不用洗了？

老字號五星級酒店，外面看着樓體建築規模很大，進去以後真的非常的一般，停車場負1樓非常小一點點停不了幾輛車，大廳看着還可以，房間裏的設施特別陳舊，而且所謂的早餐特別差，沒吃過這麼差的早餐，簡直是比快捷酒店的早餐還差，各種菜品都是隨意糊弄，難以入口
