房間不通風 在昆明那樣的天氣下都顯得有點悶。人在的時候需要一直開着電風扇。
和房東溝通不暢，中午十二點詢問房間是否能在三點前打掃好，一直沒有回覆。
管理混亂。我們早上十一點遇到馬桶堵塞，告知房東後一直在房間等待，耽誤了出行時間，中午1點多房東告訴我們可以先走，保潔人員會來處理這個問題。等晚上10點我們再聯繫房東的時候，告知並沒有處理這個問題。理由是他在外地。而且“以前沒有出現過這種情況”
房間的密碼鎖也比較老。密碼複雜。
不過小區環境安靜，比較安全。打車很方便，地鐵大概步行500m。有一個浴缸小朋友很喜歡。
熱水器一直滴水，導致衞生間一直濕濕的。坐在馬桶上那個水會滴到後背。沒有曬衣服的地方不太方便。

一進房子裏看到就想自己家一樣，氛圍感很強。暖色的格調，讓人看了很舒服！主要的是有烘乾機，不怕玩幾天穿過的衣服沒地方洗，省了乾洗錢。
即使沒有空調，也有似空調的天氣。民宿的周圍很安靜，非常好！空氣也好！
