Nearest western brand hotel to Kunming South Station where high speed train for Laos departs.
Hotel facility are so clean and elegant.
Staffs are incredibly helpful.
They suggest us for packed breakfast when I told them I need to check-out early morning.
and it was awesome.
Also There is a lot of street food just next to the hotel.

Just 10mins shuttle taxi to South Station and lots of restaurants and street food outside the hotel. The gym is small but good enough, the staff are very hospitable (one spoke good English), shuttie service is great, bed and pillows really comfy, but best of all is the breakfast, a great variety, beautifully presented and cooked, absolute top-notch breakfast.

Good option for a transfer overnight with free transport to train station. Breakfast - also western available. No restaurant was available for dinner.

This is an excellent location if you have an early train out of the Kunming South station. It’s about a ten-minute walk to and from the station, or if you arrange the shuttle with them, I believe you can take that one time. The breakfast buffet was large, with a variety of both Western and Chinese foods. The 24-hr free laundry room (with soap provided) was a big bonus. The room was clean, with an excellent view from the floor-to-ceiling window. We also loved that there was a street just outside the hotel that had street vendors selling lots of types of food. It was a pretty active part of town with lots of students.

Had a 1 night stay, stopover on route home. Room was huge and very nice. Clean n the bed was comfy. Request for late checkout too. V pleasant stay. Our 2nd stay at hamptons group. Definitely will recommend. Keep it up

Hotel is near the south train station, but otherwise is far from most amenities and sightseeing places.

Our family of four (two adults and two children) stayed one night at Hampton by Hilton Kunming South Station. The location was incredibly convenient, as it offered easy access to Kunming South Railway Station, which was our main reason for choosing this hotel.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a short stay. The staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in and check-out seamless. Although we only stayed for one night, the amenities provided met our needs perfectly.
Overall, Hampton by Hilton Kunming South Station is a great choice for travelers seeking comfort and convenience near the railway station.

Only 5 mins drive from Kunming South Railway station, so most people staying there are people who arrived late at night or need to catch a train early in the morning. Room’s clean and quite big. We got free upgrade to a suite with a patio. Free shuttle bus provided by the hotel to the railway station, if shuttle bus seats are full, the hotel can get u a taxi to the railway station for free.
