not very good choice, because of too close to the university, the outside enviroment is not nood, never choose it again.

Very nice hotel close to Kunming South Station. They have reliable transfer services; took only 5 minutes from hotel to station in a comfortable e-van. Staff very professional, particularly - I think her name was - Daisy. Thank you! Rooms as clean as they can be. I'll definitely book here again next time I come to Kunming.

Lots of cheap and delicious eateries nearby since the hotel is located in the university district. Hotel also provides shuttle service to and fro Kunming South Railway Station every 15mins.
Food is buffet-style and has quite a wide variety. Room was clean and spacious as well.
Only qualm was that hotel was not able to help us arrange for transport to the airport (at our own expense), nor did they offer any alternatives/options, and we had to figure this out ourselves.

Good hotel, lots to eat around the hotel however felt the hotel was a little tired in places and need a refurbishment especially the lobby area and around the elevator area

Go around the corner from the hotel best street food we ever had have lived right across Asia for 20 + years there is a guy making hand made chili noodles to die for
