酒店環境很nice，房間乾淨整潔，樓層大姐很熱情，前台小何服務很好，酒店空間很大，是一個獨棟的物業，很安全哦，設施設備很齊全，很滿意的入住

酒店在廠裏，安靜，床一打開就是頭髮，和渣，心情一會就不好了，酒店的早餐很好吃，最讓人心情不好的是前台，從入住到最後離開，態度一直都不行，環境啥的還可以

盲選的這個酒店，萬達旗下還是有些信任感，抱着試試的態度體驗了，不做主觀評價，衹説個人感受。一進大堂就有大堂經理引導和接待，除基本的訂房訊息外，還會詢問預訂房型內的個人偏好，比如是否喜愛安靜，我個人喜愛安靜，所以給我安排了安靜的房間。房間內設定很齊全，乾淨寬敞，明亮舒適，也很人性化，前台in charge manager和小李服務專業熱情，也包括house keeping。特別指出，酒店早餐非常驚喜，中西美食、地方特色美食，乾淨整潔、豐富多樣、秩序井然，推薦米線和水果，in charge manager一直在巡迴關心各位客人。先説到這，再到昆明，還會選擇這裏。

酒店環境幽靜安靜，酒店太美了，外面還有花園和小草坪，鳥語花香。整個酒店都很乾凈，前台、客房、餐廳的工作人員，都非常熱情。房間很大，有沙發，床單被套是棉的，很舒服。

酒店設施完善,外賣可以送到房間門口，非常便捷！衞生間乾濕分離,非常棒!全屋燈均為自動控制
中央空調也是非常暖和。 洗澡出來一點也不冷。吃喝玩樂很方便!
前台人員小李非常熱情，下次還會繼續入住

首次入住這個酒店，前台工作人員很熱情，還用當季決明子菊花茶水接待。住的也很舒服，乾淨衞生，晚上很安靜。第二天的早餐是自助餐，品類很豐盛，開到10點鐘。交通、位置也挺好，退房還送了兩瓶水給我。感覺很温暖！

前台服務員都穿私服沒有穿工作服，感覺很隨意，電梯裏其實沒必要放地毯又破又舊，而且沒有刷房卡任何人都可以隨意去任意樓層，沒有安全感，房間裏竟然連床頭燈都沒有，裏面設施很簡陋，早餐非常簡單根本沒啥吃的，感覺酒店是接待旅行團的，所以沒有用心做酒店，主打一個愛住不住，因為沒有安全感，所以晚上都沒睡好覺，我是第一次住酒店不到九點就退房走人了
