房間很小，很小，全季酒店住過很多地方的，這個門店是唯一不提供早餐劵的，要單獨購買，體驗感很差，以後也不會再選擇了，還是維也納靠譜

昆明這間全季大大影響了我對全季的一貫好印象，入住時己是晚上8點多，房間的床和被子還沒鋪好，然後吃完晚飯回來發現廁所沒法沖，洗澡衹有熱水，燙得沒法洗，問前台説是水泵壞了，整晚都沒法沖廁所和沒法洗澡，可見酒店的應急處理非常成問題，然後洗衣房的烘乾機衣服烘一個小時用最高温度也烘不幹，不知是機器的問題，還是其他什麼原因，然後對於沒法沖廁所和沒法洗澡，酒店方面也沒有任何的致歉和補救措施。

酒店停車場小了點，但管理很到位，車場有專人挪車和24小時值班，酒店設施很乾凈，刷卡分層入住很安全，服務員態度很優秀，還會繼續選擇入住。

1-前台工作人員的服務很好，讓顧客很温馨。
2-衞生間熱水很舒服，馬桶也是高檔型的，衞生放心。
3-交通很方便，火車北站旁邊坐公交地鐵都是兩分鐘。
4-酒店旁邊夜宵店很多，方便吃東西。

去哪都選全季，乾淨衞生服務周到。就是離地鐵口還有十幾分鍾稍微遠一點。選擇共享單車就比較方便，離翠湖公園和老街還比較近。附近推薦去東華農貿市場買水果和特色美食，很近！
