我是凌晨去到酒店的，上去看了一下房間，確實太臟了就到前台跟前台服務人員説，房間裏太臟了，玻璃上灰塵可以寫字，估計幾個月沒有清潔過了，而且洗臉盆裏麪還有毛髮，房間地毯裏發出黴味，那地毯臟的怕是有好多年沒有清潔🤢，我下樓去先前台的，前台工作人員告訴我，我定的是特惠房間就是這樣的，我説房間小點或舊一點我接受，但是這麼臟我接受不了，要求退房，不住了，他就衹是把按金退還給我，説我的房費是在平台上付的，不給退😡，説是我進到酒店了，在平台上也退不了啦。真是無語了。
建議大家住酒店一定要先看看，再確定是否入住，我沒有住，房費也沒有退給我，留給酒店的人買葯吃吧。

開房間的時候問她需不需要登記車牌，説是不要，結果晚上要開車出去才説不是從他們的門進來的，不能免費停車，這要是我停一晚上才知道那不得了。服務員的態度也不好，喊我們自己開停車費，最後衹能自費。就是老舊式的酒店，設施比較差，體驗感差，避雷避雷避雷

設施：裏面設備還是可以的，一些基本設施也很齊全，主題是的風格還是不錯的位置也比較好找，自己開車就怕沒停車場這個酒店停車場超級大非常方便
衞生：衞生這一塊還是很好的有些地方對於一些細節的地方也沒那麼好這裏做的確實可以，
環境：周圍環境很方便，吃的喝的玩的都有，新亞洲體育城就在對面，還有一條小吃街，喜歡買衣服的在上面還有一個夜市可以吃東西買衣服
服務：前台服務做的非常不錯，業務還是比較熟悉，辦理入住的時候還快，樓層大姐還是不錯的還介紹周圍的吃的總體來説這家酒店非常不錯

酒店服務熱情周到，房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適，睡得很好。地理位置優越，交通方便，設施齊全，設備先進。環境優雅，裝修精緻，員工態度友好，服務周到，安全可靠。價格合理，性價比高，配套設施齊全,娛樂設施豐富。額外服務貼心周到，衞生情況很 好。停車方便，wifi信號穩定，離斗南花市很近，去買花方便，買花讓人心情很愉悦，讓人感到很貼心。

房間不乾淨叫服務員來看。服務員狡辯是換過的。要是換忘記了給我們換就行，我們衹是要求換被子而已也沒有其它的過分要求。本來我們自己從事的就是衞生質控，換不換床單我們被套我們肯定一眼就能看出來，明明是酒店的問題感覺就像我們碰瓷一樣。和老闆通話時老闆説什麼小廟容不下我們這尊大佛，晚上十點多叫我們換酒店。依舊不承認自己酒店的問題。酒店的衞生情況是最基本的。連衞生都保證不了的話真的很離譜，主要是服務態度很差，衞生情況也很差。最後處理是三人間沒了給我們換了雙人間並且補了我們差價。服務態度不滿意，衞生情況不滿意，供水情況不滿意。

自己看吧，不想説話了，讓換了標間床單壞的讓前台叫服務員換一下人家説不可能換，讓我直接退房，説我連着換房不可能把時間浪費在我身上，這種酒店前台老闆真的應該管管了，我是花錢住舒服的不是花錢買氣受的，直接退了房，以後不會來了，前台你們也不用在下面評論我什麼什麼的，我也是在前台上班的人
