這次公司團建租了滇池海埂大壩旁邊別墅，體驗超棒，必須好評！別墅的位置得天獨厚，出門走幾步就是海埂大壩和濕地，喂海鷗很方便，散步跑步都好，景色超美，讓人每天都能伴着海浪聲和絕美海景，心境格外開闊舒暢。房間寬敞明亮，裝修精緻有格調，床鋪舒適，能讓大家在團建的八天裏得到充分放鬆。設施也一應俱全，廚房餐具豐富，娛樂設施多樣，無論是一起做飯還是休閑玩耍都能滿足。周邊配套完善，交通便利，採購生活用品或者外出探索都很方便。房東更是熱情周到，不僅溝通順暢，還貼心地給我們提供了很多遊玩和美食的建議，讓我們的團建更加豐富多彩。這棟別墅為我們此次團建增添了濃墨重彩的一筆，強烈推薦給其他團隊！

我住的是親子房，帶爸媽出來旅遊。房間非常大，衞生間、洗漱區還有床品都非常的乾淨。離景區很近，喂海鷗也非常的方便。店主很貼心，給我們指路。走路幾百米就可以到景區了，爸媽好喜歡花，老闆種了很多花都開了，看了心情都變更好了😊😊😊

我住的是温馨大床房，比我想象中的好太多了。窗户外面就是花園的枇杷樹。整個夜晚都非常安靜。房間裏的衞生也很乾凈。花花草草，長得好漂亮，可以停車，問老闆要了免費的停車票

老闆人非常非常好👍走錯路了晚上11點才到老闆也在，態度也很好，沒有不耐煩的！就是到的太晚太累了就忘記拍照了，住這裏不後悔！沒有房間那就欣賞海鷗吧😄

很不錯，值得推薦，服務態度也非常好，這家民宿在一個別墅小區裏面，而且很好找，包括門口保安大叔態度都非常好，停車也方便，直接停在小區地下室，停了一晚上也才十多塊錢，到滇池走路15分鐘，非常近，吃飯的也在那條街，真心推薦給大家

位於滇池路附近Townhouse區的一家民宿，非常安逸靜謐，沒有了酒店的喧鬧，交通也是非常便利，離滇池海埂景區徒步可到，得益於昆明軌道交通的發展，民宿不遠就是地鐵五號線迎海路站和大壩站，很快可以到達昆明市區的各個熱門景點；民宿老闆很熱情，是個認真經營生意的人，民宿打理的井井有條，房間乾淨衞生，設施齊全，寢具很舒適，晚上睡覺很安逸。

非常乾淨，室外風景非常好，住起來很舒服，去滇池路也不遠，就是上下樓衹有樓梯不適合提太重行李箱，整體還是比較好的
