Room is clean and spacious. Good location within walking distance to a metro station. Room is well serviced everyday and hotel is kind to send fruits to the room daily. Very hospitable staff.

服務非常非常好，房間乾淨整潔，後院停車方便，酒店位置很好，步行即可到達南屏步行街、昆明老街。
非常遺憾的是入住的房間隔音不好，衞生間反味嚴重，夜裡多次開窗開門通風換氣，煎熬一晚後早早離開，另擇他店。

從前台接待服務到樓層清潔服務都笑容滿面，態度温和。住了四晚，每天都有水果或者小點心，還有晚安牛奶贈送。
臨時決定跟朋友出遊，各大旅遊平台從價格，位置，星級到住客評論，對比了很多家，最後決定保守的選擇金泉，結果進去房間那一刻還是覺得很超值的。住的是無煙樓層的房間，鼻炎患者感覺良好，每天吃完早餐回到樓層都能看到服務小哥很認真在搞房間的清潔整理工作。還有晚上到房間送牛奶的服務大姐也都是笑容滿面的。

比較喜歡這種類型的酒店，正規規範，經過反覆比較挑選，最後選中的，沒有讓我失望。酒店的外觀，門廳都不丟份，當然同新建的高擋酒店無法比，但位置還是不錯的。
房間大小適中，裝修規範標準，衞生整潔，每天的還送小吃餅乾之類的，不足之處，熱水水量略小。
早餐還是不錯的，雖不十分豐富，能滿足基本需求。
停車就在大廳後面，很方便的。
服務員的服務很好，有禮貌。

老婆之前住過這家酒店，位置市中心，地鐵很近去哪裡都方便。附近吃的也很多，酒店一樓就有一家不錯的米線吃。普通標間性價比不錯，雖然老一點還是能住的乾淨舒服。因為小孩發燒生病酒店還給延遲了退房，過生日還送了一塊小蛋糕很贊。因為半夜照顧孩子身體不適退房後在大廳角落休息睡著了，被批評不允許睡覺要睡去其他公共場所，語氣很重。當著孩子被訓，心裏很惱火。貴酒店再遇到這種情況，是不是可以給客人個建議引導去什麼角落或者給點幫助，一味盛氣凌人的指責衹能激化矛盾。瑕不掩瑜，期待服務再上一層樓。
