本來沒這習慣差評的，從一進門開始，前台服務員就挎着個臉，不知道是沒睡醒還是嫌我去的太早，開了個三樓的房間給我，上去一看靠馬路邊，太吵了，房間電話也沒有，我下來説換個房間，那語氣直接像我欠她錢一樣，説要等到中午才有房間換給我，好嘛，我上去去衞生間洗漱，一看，前一位客人的不知道是什麼毛還在面盆活塞裏面，電視遙控直接按了沒反應，熱水放了10分鐘才有，入住最差的一次。真是一分都不想給

酒店房間翻新，入到房空第一眼都不錯，廁所沒有異味，床單整潔乾淨，空間大，這個價錢非常超值。但沖涼開水就大件事，花灑接駁位鬆脫噴水，不能使用，房間沒有電話通知唔到前枱，之後怏快用水柱清洗一下，然後沖廁水力不夠，去完大解放後，塞了。第二天早上去前枱反影，他們很快有司傅上房處理，值得一讃。見到旁邊房間仍翻新工程中，早上會有些嘈音，淺睡的人不太適合，作為中𨍭站過渡一晚，就算了吧。不過地理不錯，附近有很多吃的，慢慢走到翠湖公園都是十多分鐘，早晨去那晨運非常舒服，現在荷花盛開，很漂亮。

對個人自由行的需求而言..小小的空間卻能保持衛生與舒適的就寢環境..便已達到了我的要求..便利的公交系統提供了往來附近各公園與商圈的需求..前台態度親切..提供了無時間限制的行李寄放服務..讓我能輕易無負擔的暢遊.. 有機會定會再回住的

酒店在老城中心，去翠湖公園、雲南陸軍講武堂、西南聯大舊址、雲南大學和昆明老街都很方便，離潘家灣地鐵站衹有500米左右，附近有很多巴士站，房間舒適，特別是床墊睡的很舒服，很軟有彈性，沖涼的水壓很大，洗澡很舒服，相比同價位的民宿我更喜歡住酒店，樓下和附近的錢局巷有很多好吃的小吃店，可品嚐當地小吃，酒店包早餐，中式早餐簡約而豐富，吃的好遊玩更有精神！如果有自助洗衣房就更好了

酒店在翠湖公園附近，就喜歡去那裡閑逛。房間乾淨衞生，設施齊全。出行方便離地鐵公交站都很近，前台小姐姐服務態度很好。

房間看起來很整潔，有晾衣服的地方，這點很贊。美中不足是疑似空調外機發出的噪音讓人難以忍受。
離翠湖公園和老街，地鐵站都很近，比較方便。
