性價比超乎想象，強烈推薦！來昆明出差，朋友推薦的一家新開業的酒店，就在辦事的旁邊，酒店在巷子裏很安靜，還可以免費停車，關鍵有免費洗衣房，我是每天都要洗衣服的，比較貼心，酒店是個獨棟的物業，我在網上定了個大床房，酒店前台在二樓，門口不大但是很精緻，有點小資的那種感覺，個人比較喜歡他家茶室，裝修風格像民宿又像時尚簡約風格，一進門實木的洗手枱，太給力了，床墊和床上用品也很棒，花灑水量大，WIFI網速超快，是我在昆明住的第二家這麼快的，衞生比較乾淨，前台小姐姐挺客氣的，美中不足的是沒電梯沒早餐，幸好他家樓層不高，周邊吃的挺多！畢竟房價便宜！以後來昆明就住你家了！

外部環境差，進入房間感覺不好，裝修粗糙，衞生間排水不合理，毛巾有黑色污點，房間隔音差，不知道是什麼來的5.0評分。

性價比非常高的酒店。由於沒電梯，我們住的是四樓前台，服務員也很熱情幫我們搬行李。東風廣場f出口走到酒店也比較近。酒店是在居民區的巷子裏，環境優雅，很安靜。

酒店位置很好，去哪裡都方便。樓下很多吃的，吃飯沒有問題。衞生方面有點小瑕疵，希望改進。房間隔音不太好，很影響睡眠。
