This homestay is really worth it! The sanitation is also very clean. You can see the detailed pictures I took ~ toilets, towels, and linen are all clean and have sanitation permits up to the standard. Quiet and clean. 環境很好，出行方便 就在門口 停車也方便 還不收費 價格不算貴 房間很漂亮 一家人都很喜歡 還可以坐着喝喝茶喝喝咖啡 其他的住客都很好 大家一起聊聊天 總體感覺很舒服 是住過的所有民宿裏體驗感最好的一家，花花開的很多 這個季節來賞花很不錯喲，推薦大家都來住，氣候適宜，不錯很滿意！

1.酒店服務差，八點多到店，前台都是黑的，打電話也沒啥反應，衹能乾等。2.性價比低，房間小，為了設計感在十多平的住房間強行加了滑梯，臃腫不堪，爬個樓樓道窄，拎箱子基本上擁擠不堪，爬個三樓累得要死。體驗感極差3.洗手間上廁所時發現捲紙都用完了，抽一圈就沒了，印象極差。4.雖名貓舍客棧實則見不到貓。5.離店時，前台説要不要吃餅乾，説提供給住客吃的，以免餓肚子，結果拿了一個吃，卻讓我掃碼，要十塊錢，極度噁心，為什麼不早説，雖然衹要十塊，但是這種見錢眼開的行為大大降低了我對昆明這個城市的好感度。6.交通非常不便，大門不讓滴滴車進，要手拎行李走幾百米進來。且小區裏面定位不準，貿然來的話，出行趕時間非常耽誤事。趕飛機的話千萬別住這請不要打電話修改評論。本人説的是事實，跟朋友一起旅行途徑昆明，沒擦亮眼睛在這個客棧定了兩間
