來過昆明好幾次了，但是是第一次入住這家酒店，被這種中式風格吸引的。雖然處在鬧市區，但是因為酒店在一個巷子裏，就很安靜而且床非常軟，讓我安穩的睡了一個好覺，特別是早上起床可以聽見鳥叫聲，非常的治癒！酒店的其他方面比如設施也做的很到位，有停車場洗衣房之類的還有健身器材早上起床可以去跑跑步。值得一提的是服務很好，從一開始遇到的前台小輝再到一些其他的工作人員都讓我覺得非常負責人又熱情！可惜沒有拍到晚上的照片，晚上這個小院子燈火通明更漂亮！

設施：設施非常齊全，所有該有的都有。
衞生：衞生也是非常好，乾淨整潔。
環境：每次來昆明都是住這裏，地理位置非常優越，步行到翠湖公園衹需要2分鐘，交通便利。
服務：非常專業熱情，住了好幾年每次都是賓至如歸的感覺，印象中有一個叫小輝的工作人員，非常專業熱情。很有禮貌地詢問我有沒有什麼好的建議和需要改進的地方。

龔禧裏酒店翠湖雲大店，環境優美，乾淨整潔，給人一種舒適的感覺。服務人員素質高，熱情周到，讓人感受到賓至如歸的體驗。雖然位於繁華地段，但酒店內部卻保持着寧靜的氛圍，讓人在喧囂中找到一片寧靜的天地。無論是商務出差還是休閑度假，龔禧裏酒店都是一個值得推薦的住宿選擇。

親子房所有傢俱邊角都是尖角，而且床巨高，不安全，辦理入住之後我們就出門了，回來發現液體蚊香液漏了一桌子，正好有保潔在隔壁打掃房間，就過去請換一個，保潔一直大聲嚷嚷你“才辦的入住，怎麼會有問題”重複了很多遍，一路嚷着過來，我説不是臟，是蚊香液漏了，後來仔細看房間才知道為什麼保潔那麼敏感，枕頭是發黃的還有一條黑色的，床單上都些斑，房間明明不在頂樓，但巨熱，空調風關不了，無法靜音，一晚上響的沒法睡，關了熱得沒法睡。最誇張的是早餐，早餐捲上10點結束，9點5分過去啥都沒了，一直説在弄在弄，但我到9點40吃完，連個10分鐘就煮好的白水蛋都沒有上，還是沒上。前台離房間隔了一個停車場，酒店連個電話都沒有，需要啥得自己網上搜電話。衞生間毛巾也是發黃的，這個價格明明設施和服務可以更好一點，但是老闆好像用在了廣告上，像毛巾啊床上用品可以看出非常舊了。還有酒店保潔和餐廳服務員可以在培訓一下，太拽了。床上四件套這個顏色照得看不太明顯，大家如果選擇去他家住可以自己去看看。

在網上做了很多攻略最後選擇了這家酒店，因為離翠湖和一些熱門景點比較近，交通方便。剛到酒店第一印象就非常好，首先因為酒店有免費的停車場，對於我們來説出行更方便，其次剛到前台，一個叫小輝的小姐姐就熱情的和我們打招呼，給我們倒茶喝，還免費幫我們升級了更合適的房間。酒店雖然是古色古香的風格，但是設施方面非常的現代化，房間裏面居然有直飲水機，很驚喜！洗衣房裡麪也有烘乾機，簡直太方便了。早餐的種類很多，想吃的基本上都有了，兩百多的酒店享受到五星級的感覺，真的超值，我想如果下次我的朋友和家人來到昆明我也很再次選擇這家酒店！
