The hotel is well located in the city center. Helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast. Wifi worked. However, cleanliness could be improved.

Hotel staff went the extra mile to help me extend my late check out to 2pm and even waive the additional fees when I extended to 3pm. Location is great but areas of improvement include further sound proofing of rooms cause can hear traffic and when other rooms close and open their door the sound is pretty loud. Can also hear when people walk past my room, cause mine was located near to the lift. Also also more equal leveling of the ramps & lifts for easier pulling of luggage.

Place is very convenient, hotel located in front of a small road, check in upstairs. Room is spacious. Drinking water bottles are free to guests. On the other hand, the place shown a bit dated esp the broken lamp,loose water pipes.

Room was a little dirty, some hairs left in the shower and on the sofa. Otherwise the room was good and staff were friendly. Breakfast was really delicious!

Overall, the room and location is good. The only setback is that the bathtub is not working well with water leakage.
