房間設施很廉價，砸了如家的招牌
1.床上有沒清理乾淨的頭髮（我們都是長髮，床上是短髮），床單還有破損
2.被套上有不明印子
3.洗手盆衞生間有異味
4.中央空調開着的時候聲音很大，不開的時候咯噔咯噔的
5.房間配套的一次性牙具，洗護套裝很廉價，路邊小賓館的水平
6.床墊是彈簧的那種，不舒服！
7.房間插頭，牆壁有掉漆

上海飛清邁中間在昆明中轉, 12點多到長水機場，打電話給酒店酒店會派車來接，但是等車等了一會兒，到酒店洗漱完已經2點，第二天早上是8點15的航班，酒店每半個點發一次車，本着趕早不趕晚的原則我們選了6點的班車，結果到機場之後發現一切超級快超級順利6點45就已經在登機閘口了，不知道如果選了6點半的班車是不是剛剛好。整體性價比很高，滿意

送機的服務可以。
房間有很大的羊油味道，不知道是不是樓下拉麪店下水管道反上來的，如果不是太晚就下去換房間了
不知道是不是因為是套餐，所以安排了1樓靠馬路房間，很吵，申明瞭需要安靜，但還是堅持給這個房間
半夜1點半工作人員屋外對講機大聲溝通

酒店在長水航城，距離機場大約不到三公里，酒店提供接送機，師傅人很好，告訴我們趕飛機時間注意事項，還有跟我們講地鐵的最晚和最早時間，我最近在機場附近上班，每天都搭他的車來回，每一次都會小聊幾句，愉快融洽，像個老朋友，像個大哥哥。酒店房間面積合適，窗外小區的綠化讓人眼前一亮，我和店長吹牛，她説窗外風景獨好。一年四季，有陽光，有草木，有翠樹。偶爾會有懶貓。我老去坐在大堂沙發上，看着人來人往，前台妹子笑聲爽朗，和每個客人都微笑招呼，讓我有一種熟悉的感覺，這裏充滿人間煙火。像我們的小單位，像我們的小家庭。因為麻煩我挪車，前台小哥幫我做了延時。寄存了行李，莫名的喜歡這裏。感覺簡單還自由。是對雲南有了感情，還是酒店，不太知道，總之這裡有旅途中的温度。

酒店在機場附近，還有免費的接送機，接送機也很迅速，司機師傅很健談，服務態度很好，非常熱心，酒店衞生也乾淨，第二天也有送機，一樓還有豆漿和咖啡，非常好喝！

被子感覺根本沒洗過，床單也是，枕頭上好幾個大黑點，晚上吵**，環境大家就看吧，躺下直接渾身有點子。
