The environment is good and the facilities are complete, and the place is easy to find, but the soundproofing is a little bit poor. I hope that the cleaning staff can come in to clean after getting the customer's consent.

求婚訂了這家店兩天，當天下午兩點多到店告訴我前一天入住的人未退房，要我換房，我按照我訂房的標準在平台上選了兩間房（平台顯示可定）老闆娘都告訴我換不了，客人未退房，我又在平台上找了一間投影房（當天比我訂的房型貴7元）老闆娘告訴我不能換這間，有價差，然後她找了一間當天比我訂的房型便宜10元左右的房説換給我，還美名其曰給我升級房型（因為我訂的早，房價便宜）我不同意她就要退我原價房款，我説她這是拒客，變相坐地起價，她就直接説不給我住了，還打電話去平台説願意接受懲罰，就是不給我住，不稀罕我這樣的客人，兄弟們，我求婚要佈置一下房間，對房間肯定有一定要求，這家店老闆娘這樣的行為讓我當天很難受，奉勸各位有重要事情的人不要訂她家，很耽誤事，還讓你很不順心，還好後來打**了，不然就是社死現場。

這是我有史以來最差的一次住酒店經歷了 ，我和我的姐妹昨天很久不見聚會喝了點酒，然後在11月4日早上8點左右入住了這家酒店，辦入住手續的時候酒店態度就很不好 ，但是我們也累了就沒有多計較。沒想到睡到中午的時候酒店就突然聯繫我們讓我們馬上離開酒店，我們才住了4個多小時為什麼要走？我們和酒店表達了拒絕的態度並表示我們還要再休息一下，沒想到酒店竟然派了一個工作人員直接拍我們房間房門，當時我和姐妹都還在床上，那個工作人員就直接撞開了我們的房門並要求我們立刻離開！我從來沒有過這種經歷，試問這樣子不尊重顧客的酒店還有誰會來住！！！
