房間和床很大，帶個小廚房和小陽台，乾淨衞生，我是冬天住的，鋪蓋很厚實，價格實惠，電視劇可看，wifi網速也可以，有兩張桌子（可能是飯桌和書桌），有衣櫃。

房間是40平方的大户型，周邊是昆明最大城中村船房村，美食相當火，路基海埂公園非常近，各大商場和公園都非常熱鬧，樓層位置高，空氣非常清新，距離公路有100多米遠，晚上睡覺很安靜，地鐵就在酒店200米左右，正對面有一家保山牛肉館生意異常火爆，下次有機會一定要嚐嚐👍👍👍👍👍👍

酒店什麼樣沒看到，平台上訂好的，我從成都趕到昆明都快晚上12點了，到了酒店居然説沒有房了，給我安排了一個離酒店7公里的地方，又開了20多分鐘，到了那個酒店，環境太差勁了，大小總共應該就8個平方，而且床鋪用品很亂，應該是上次住客走後還沒有換，給前台反應，也沒有，沒辦法，都晚上12點過了，也找不到其他住宿得了，講就住下了，這種商家太沒有道德了

去辦理入住的時候等了30多分鐘，前台沒有人，後來我打電話，半天來了個阿姨，讓我住標間，我説我訂的是豪華單間，肯定不一樣，他説沒有單間了，我説退房，他讓給我開了個普通單間，衞生還沒有打掃了，我提着行李和她一起去的房間，感覺房間設施有點老化，房間不大，一般般，電視不能看，衞生間門是壞的。房間門縫隙太大，一直有風吹進來的聲音，房間太冷，整體來説不是太好！沒有評論區説的好！
