來雲南兩個星期，這是我住的最差勁的地方，我是看評論説服務好，環境好什麼的，就在網上定了，結果剛到的第一天，我們一夥人就想換酒店了，就是小區裏的一個別墅改裝的，旁邊的房子都慌了，到處都是蜘蛛網；房間非常小，放完行李箱走路都不方便，毛巾發黃，一次性浴巾是收費的，空調不好使，開到20度都熱！最奇葩的是，客廳的投影儀居然要收費，説包下來才能看！！！要不要這麼小氣！我們五百多住一晚這種民宿就算了，看個電影也就費您一兩塊錢的電吧，至於這麼計較嗎？還有，有的客人半夜十一點多回來，門就關了，服務枱就沒人，一直在喊，吵得別人無法休息！總之這是我點評的第一個差評的酒店

老闆娘很熱情。這個院子好漂亮，我超級喜歡，本來衹打算住一晚的，太漂亮了，我們又去繼住一晚。他們家的洗漱用品還是品牌洗衣服，還有洗衣液。房間乾淨整潔衞生。早餐老闆娘親自煮的雲南米線好吃美味。服務，真的是一體化，像回家的感覺。值得推薦。

來了不會讓人失望的店，感覺就像是回家一樣，小院子收拾的乾乾淨淨，很温馨。訂房後有管家提前聯繫，主動把位置分享給我，並告訴我如何坐車。下車後看到店主早早的等在外面，還幫忙提行李。因為我們是一家三口出行，店主主動的給升級了房間，讓我們住的更舒服。店裡小姐姐做的米線真的真的很好吃，來了必須嘗一下。這裏不得不再提一下店主非常熱情，給我們介紹了很多美食，打卡點，行動路線。這次昆明衹作為我們旅行的中轉站所以衹住了一天，但是如果下次還來昆明，我們還會繼續住這裏。哦對了！店的位置很好，去哪裡都很方便，1903、滇池、吃飯的地方都很近。

這是我來昆明住過最舒服的一次！感覺跟家一樣温馨，床很舒服，房間設施也齊全，最重要的是老闆人超級好，如果不愛出去還可以跟老闆預訂一些家常菜，很好吃！這家民宿絕對是我再來昆明的第一選擇！

住的體驗很好，我們是去海埂大壩玩的，還去了1903，所以就訂了拾壹別院，別墅環境很好，有空調和驅蚊香，雖然雲南天氣不熱，但是夏天裡有這些同樣是個保障。衞生間衞生很好，洗髮露沐浴露都是大瓶裝的，不用擔心洗一半沒有了，這邊小區也很安靜，平時我們就在茶室喝喝茶，聊聊天，很喜歡這家的老闆娘，人很好，小鍋米線也不錯。

大城市裡的有風小院！夢想中的多肉綠植小院！太舒服了！泰式風情民宿，傢俱感覺實木般有質感，老闆很捨得專門設定在衞生間外面的洗漱台，媽媽們最懂了，要洗漱洗衣服什麼的很寬敞，還有跟老闆説一聲，衣服可以拿到院子裏曬！有房升級到泰式閣樓家庭房，住得很好。越來越喜歡民宿，房間明亮，明衞通風，老闆馬姐人超好，像家人一樣跟你聊天解答問題推薦當地人休閑方式，濃濃的人情味！

第二次來住的地方，熟門熟路，經過三年疫情，老闆的小院也在重新煥發生機，早餐的米線還是一樣地道的家常口味。小朋友從三歲長到六歲，還是喜歡在院子裏的同一張桌子上吃米線，住的同一個房間，途中家屬生病，老闆也非常熱心特地熬了粥。裝修不算高級，但是傢俱擺件都很精緻，衞生間和洗漱台都非常乾淨，各種功能都很順暢，小區裏周圍樓棟開了各種茶室和咖啡廳，小區圍欄上的紫藤也很nice，還會再回來的一間民宿。
