I have been to Kunming several times and always stayed at this hotel. I have a soft spot for this hotel and can't let it go.
The room is clean and hygienic, the design is very good, and the room comfort is doubled. The front desk is warm, considerate and has a good attitude.
The driver who picked me up from the airport was on time, had good service and attitude, and even helped with my luggage. The hotel's facilities are well equipped and complete.
