衞生方面乾淨整潔，房間明亮，入住到離店碰到的工作人員都非常和善温柔友好。
旅遊在昆明中轉兩次，這家離昆明站很近，第一次住着不錯所以返程也訂了。除了前面説的，比較看重的衞生，房間熱水也很充足，隔音很好（昨天晚上入住時看到是滿房，但是在房間完全沒聽到其他房客在走廊或房間的聲音）。此外，電梯要刷房卡才能按樓層；餐廳的蔣淑梅大姐也很友好，早上九點半去吃早餐也不會有餐食冷了的情況。早餐有現煮的米線，西瓜新鮮好吃。
因為住了一些同價位的酒店客棧，對這家比較滿意，所以寫得多一些。
簡而言之就是性價比滿分的酒店。房間沒專門拍照。

一個臨時的決定發現了這個寶藏地方，坐落在唐子巷地鐵附近，很安靜，價格合理，還有早餐，就是很喜歡安靜的地方，交通方便，值得關注

晚上特別特別吵鬧，影響睡眠，靠近馬路，外面不知道是不是夜市，凌晨1點多還吵的像菜市場一樣，一進房間衞生間裏下水道異味很重，工作人員來清理了下，但是還是有一點味道，，一般不給差評但半夜吵鬧的環境真讓人崩潰，不知道哪裡來那麼多好評，另外早餐種類及其少

非常好，國慶假期因為父母兩人去玩，選了很久的酒店，還提前打電話問了前台小姐姐酒店的情況。小姐姐非常熱情，知道我不是會員，主動告訴我看看美圖上的價格會不會更優惠一點。到酒店後，給我父母安排了安靜的房間，送了免費早餐，還介紹當地靠譜的一日遊給我父母。他們玩得非常開心！

酒店很不錯，大堂環境好，房間設施設備齊全，衞生間乾濕分離，很不錯，地理位置比較方便，離地鐵站比較近。周邊吃的比較多。早餐很好,很豐富。到前台詢問各景點，耐心聽説給我和家人聽，前台小姐姐值得表揚。服務態度非常好。主動幫我們拿行李。管理不錯哦，以後就住怡萊酒店。
