再一次預訂了這家酒店，前台小姐姐免費給我房間升了級，真的很感謝！酒店位於人民中路，交通方便。樓下就有菜市場及小超市，離步行街也不遠，吃喝及購物都非常便利。酒店基本設施齊全，很温馨，這邊會推薦給朋友的！

大家好，極力建議大家不要居住這家酒店，否則會被坑的很慘很慘。先放一百按金，第二天在你退按金時會説，一會檢查完房間就微發過來，再發消息催退按金時，會回覆説最遲五點退。最後嘛大概六點多就會發兩張不同房間的早已損壞的牀板或者其他的傢俱的圖片給你，把所有責任都推給客户。。。大家一定要注意了，太沒素質了

住過最差的，房屋設施老舊，衞生差，進入被子上都有頭髮啥的，因為到昆明時間較晚，肚子餓就沒換其他酒店，晚上回去住的時候姑娘睡了一會兒背都起紅疙瘩了，本人一般不差評，反正是住了一次不會再住第二次

除了地理位置好一點，真的沒有任何優點。太差勁了。超出預期的差。説地下停車場有充電樁才定的，真的很*，去地下停車場説沒有車位，沒法充電，還要自己付停車費。垃圾到極致了。很糟糕的出行體驗，環境差，睡也睡不好。花錢買教訓，還不便宜。

真的超級和實物不符，本來懷着激動的心情入住的，但是真的沒想到是這樣的。第一，到了之後，酒店前台説讓人打掃出來，差不多一個多小時就可以了，當我們過了一個小時回來後，前台才讓人匆忙打擾，入住時房間一股氣味和地上都還是濕的。第二、本來冬天就冷，房間裏連空調都沒有，被子單薄，衹有個不起什麼用的暖氣，真的冷。第三，酒店人員打掃衞生超級敷衍，床上都還有毛髮和污漬，給前台人員説了後，居然讓顧客拿着床單被罩自己換。第四，裏面的充電孔一點也不方便。裏面設施設備老化

打掃衞生的渣渣，床上捲毛一堆沒打掃，茶几全是污垢，熱水洗不到兩分鐘，電話老闆回答是：我們都是洗冷水。操，你是你，我是我！最後太度不好的説：你説怎麼辦吧，你不就是想退房！服務行業**你媽呀！

洗衣機裏塞滿了東西，前台拿了三個電暖器來試，全是壞的，説明天來換一個新的，今天沒有可以用的電暖器。凍一晚上之後也沒有拿新的來，建議大家冬天不要來。
