A great and spacious hotel! The rooms are bigger than what is shown in the photos. Plenty of eateries around and there is a underground supermarket nearby.
As others have pointed out, the entrance to this hotel is next to Relx shop. The same building shares with a few other hotels, namely Vienna Hotel so don't be confused.
We had a good time staying here and the city view is great.

The room was a lot bigger than expected and had everything needed, even a kitchen isle. The employees were super nice and forthcoming. We chose the hotel mainly given its good price and the close location to the train station.

My family had a short trip in Kunming and were really surprised of how good this hotel was. The check in was quick and the room had a big space for us to leave our stuff here. The only confusing thing was 2 buildings having this hotel brand exactly similar. Other than that, we had such good experience.

Had a free upgrade for one of two rooms, but both were spacious, airy, bright, comfortable. Far from MRT but easily get Didi to everywhere. The BBQ skewers shop downstairs (2nd from the right) was awesome!
Owner was very nice and friendly, offered us many things (laundry, scales, more water, etc)

The rooms are spacious and neat . There’s a mini fridge and Ac . The hotel reception is located on the 12th floor of the building located next to the Relx store
